Role Overview

Looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO with daily operations, communication, scheduling, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, reminders, and schedule prioritization

Draft, review, and manage emails and communication

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes

Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics

Maintain records, documents, and provide admin support

Handle occasional personal tasks for the CEO

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree; 4–5 years as EA/PA preferred

Strong communication, organization & multitasking skills

Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace

Professional, detail-oriented, and discreet

Working Days & Timings

6 Days Working, 2nd and 4th sat off

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Digital Campaign Management

 Create & execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns

 Monitor & optimize performance for maximum ROI

Content Creation

 Write compelling ad copies & digital content

 Manage blogs, articles, and web content

Creative Visual Development

 Design visual assets for marketing campaigns

 Work with graphics team to build attractive creatives & display ads

Website & SEO Management

 Maintain website updates & publish content

 Daily social media & SEO audits

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for Accounting, Financial planning, Audit(Statutory, Internal, Tax), MIS, strategy partner to top management, Risk management, Taxation -Direct & Indirect

• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results, alignment to planning

• Conduct risk management

• Allocate resources and manage cash flows

• Conduct profit and cost analyses, monthly, quarterly, yearly financial closings

• Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information

• Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations

• Recommend cost-reducing solutions

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain user-facing features for web applications

Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive and visually appealing interfaces

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and industry best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues

Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic

Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative development environment

Skills:

Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role

Portfolio showcasing previous frontend projects and development work is a plus

• Good understanding of the mainstream deep learning models from multiple domains: computer vision, NLP, reinforcement learning, model optimization, etc.

• Hands-on experience with the Cloud-Native techniques. Good understanding of web services and modern software technologies.

• Skilled in the following programming languages: Python 3.
• Good English skills especially for writing and reading documentation
