EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS?
Role Overview: We are looking for a highly energetic and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be the first point of contact with potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be cold calling, appointment setting, and demo bookings to fuel the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
● Initiate outbound calls daily to reach potential customers from target industries.
● Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or product demos with the Sales Team.
● Research and identify key decision-makers across target accounts.
● Follow-up on inbound leads via phone and email for conversion to demos.
● Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and interaction details. ● Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for call volume, appointments, and demos.
● Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize messaging and campaigns.
Must Have:
● 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B cold calling or lead generation (preferably in SaaS/HR Tech).
● Strong communication and persuasion skills — you're not afraid of picking up the phone!
● Ability to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
● Organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a high-performance sales team.
● Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
● Graduate in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred).
Strong PMO / Project Management Profile
Mandatory (Experience) – Must have a minimum 3+ YOE in Project Management and related roles
Mandatory (Skills 1) – Must have hands-on experience with Project Management standards, processes, and governance
Mandatory (Skills 2) – Must have experience of managing project status, risks, budgets, deviations, and defect tracking
Mandatory (Skills 3) – Must have experience in Project Planning & Scheduling using tools such as MS Project Planning and Advanced Excel
Mandatory (Skills 4) – Must have experience in developing dashboards and reports for management and stakeholders
Mandatory (Skills 5) – Must have experience in participating in Scrum calls and Agile ceremonies
Mandatory (Qualification) – Must hold a Bachelor’s degree
Preferred
Preferred (Skills) – Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Power BI.
Preferred (Company) - Product Companies
Experience: 0 to 3 Years
Annual CTC: ONR : 1.5 LPA - 3 LPA
**Required Knowledge and Skills:**
- Basic understanding of income tax laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with the filing of income tax returns and audit reports.
- Knowledge of TDS-TCS returns and related compliances.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tax filing tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience or internships in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CPA) will be a plus but not mandatory.

We are looking for a fact finder Project Manager (Operations)/Operations Analyst to join our team. This role requires you to be a tech-savvy Project Manager to execute various projects being executed by the company. You need to understand customer requirement, evaluate whether the project can be executed by the company, planning for resources required to complete a project, finding team members to suit the project and ensure project delivery. You’ll be an exceptional problem solver and take responsible actions in ensuring the company’s productivity, and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying customer requirements by interviewing customers; understanding the scope of work
- Identifying resources on the basis of the requirements of the project-in-hand.
- Design process based on the scope of work in a work-flow chart and diagram and establish performance parameters
- Create quality check parameters.
