Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Nway Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounts operations, invoices, and payments.
• Manage and reconcile ledgers, ensuring proper entry and reconciliation.
• Utilize accounting software like Tally to maintain financial records.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and tax documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for cross-functional support on accounting-related tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Tally and ledger management.
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting activities, including reconciliation processes.
• Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6).
• Proficiency in client-side scripting and JavaScript & CSS frameworks, including jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Basic knowledge of image editing tools to crop, resize, or perform minor adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
• Proficiency in cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficiency in code versioning tools, such as GIT.

• Interacting with the client over phone and email

Basic Qualifications:

• - We are looking for Graduates / MBAs with 1 to 2 years of work experience in customer engagement or sales profiles.
• - Candidates familiar with the real estate sector or coworking spaces.
• - Prior experience in enquiry or client management and lead tracking will be beneficial
• - Should have strong written and spoken communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must, knowledge of other Indian languages (preferably, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil or Telugu) will be added advantage
