• 5+ years of development experience
• Expertise in IBM MDM version 11.x (Advanced Edition) product, hands-on multiple implementation experience.
• Hands on experience with IBM MDM Customization using features which includes Extension, Addition, Business proxies, SDP, Match-Merge Rules, Event Manager, Notification
• Exposure to MDM Information Domains (Party, Agreement, Location)
• Expert Java, JEE development background with RSA/ RAD, Websphere, MDM Workbench, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Joins, Triggers(DB2/Oracle)

Role Expectation:

• You have 2-5 years of experience using two or more development languages (ASP.NET, JavaScript, Scala, C#, etc.) with experience in Object-Oriented programming and full-stack web application development
• You can write clean, high-quality code in a variety of languages and are also able to spot and improve bad code
• You have experience with Agile and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, TDD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.
• Experience with developing web applications based on ReactJS
• Hands on experience in setting up automated build pipelines based on Jenkins, Gradle, MSBuild, Maven etc.
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with atleast one RDBMS sql-server or postgress having good sql skills

Working on SEO activities like identifying the right keywords to target, tracking and updating those keywords regularly, and optimizing the website title and description accordingly
Working on off-page SEO and building external links on high domain websites, getting featured in high Domain Authority publications
Working on email marketing and creating emailers and running automated campaigns
Researching on influencers, bloggers, competitors, etc and reaching out to them using email/LinkedIn
Using various tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. for tracking
Learning and configuring marketing automation software
Working on paid ads like Facebook, Instagram & PPC.

 

• Over 2 years of Dynamics NAV consultancy experience/ Minimum 1 Yr experience in Business Central
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009/2013/2015/2016
• Undertake the design, coding, testing, releasing the code, and NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central support
• Proficient in RDLC Report Development & SQL Server Database
• Experience working on the technical side of Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Should be fluent and conversant with (A/L, C/AL & C/Side) Programming and ability to do developments independently
