• Caching techniques such as Service workers to improve the front end performance.
• Experience in unit testing automation frameworks such as Karma, Jasmine, Protractor.
• Experience in optimization of UI for mobile & tablet devices for infinite & smooth scrolling.
• Experience in Service side rendering technologies such as Angular 10. 0, typescript, React JS.
• Experience in setting up DevOps & Continuous Delivery pipeline for front end technologies using a standard platform such as Jenkins, Puppet , Team City or IBM Urban Build.
• Code quality measurement using automated tools as well as manual code reviews for Javascript technologies

What you need to have:

• 8-12 years of overall experience
• 5+ years of experience in managing a self-organizing, high growth team
• 3+ years of experience as a developer
• Hands-on experience with MERN Stack
• Hands-on with Vue.js, AWS, and AWS Lambda implementation, Serverless Architecture, Microservices Architecture, MongoDB, MySQL, PHP (Laravel)

Job Purpose: The role of Engineering Manager is focused on driving Customer solutions and delivering technical excellence through close engagement with Customers, Suppliers and cross-functional teams within Accedo. As a senior technical authority you will be responsible for leading tier-1 Customer engagements in Asia, with a strong focus on the domestic OTT market in India. You will also be responsible for leading Accedo Engineering Teams and collaborating closely with other global Engineering Directors to define and shape engineering practices/tools used across the business.
