• Connect the dots between business goals and consumer problems through product development
• Solve the most challenging problem of scaling and business logic
• Design and develop services using test driven development with near 100% code coverage
• Develop and deploy services continuously using CI/CD on a daily basis

We are looking for a Sr. Drupal Developer primarily responsible for back-end/module development.

 

• 5 + years experienced Drupal professional having develop/architect experience in Drupal 7, 8 and 9 platforms.
• Ability to perform complex Drupal development tasks including custom module development using the Drupal API system and hooks from major Drupal core systems
• Responsible for designing and implementing new features and functionality, establishing and guiding the websites architecture, ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS. Work closely with front-end developers and customers to ensure an effective, visually appealing, and intuitive implementation.
• Ability to perform complex Drupal development tasks including custom module development using the Drupal API system and hooks from major Drupal core systems.
• Develop code by adhering to the Drupal, security and accessibility standards.
• Strong RESTful API development and experience in consuming the micro service
• Ability to architect enterprise Drupal solutions including data, display, and information architecture
• Advanced site-building experience including deep familiarity with Drupal modules such as CTools, Views, and Panels
• Experience creating custom Drupal modules
• Experience building responsive websites using Drupal CMS, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery
• Knowledge of PHP, PHP files and theme functions, and knowledge of the Drupal theme layer
• Through understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs

Required Skills, Education & Experience:
• Should have a B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in CS / IT / IS from premier college with 6+
years of experience in software development.
• Strong OOPS and OOD Fundamentals.
• E-commerce domain experience of 2-3 Years is mandatory.
• Good Coding, Problem Solving Skills, algorithms and data structures.
• Knowledge of My SQL database or any other RDBMS with a good understanding of

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Node.js developer to optimize our application performance. You will be collaborating with our front-end application developers, designing back-end components, and integrating data storage and protection solutions.

We are looking to hire a full-time Backend Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience. This is fully remote/ work from home position for now. 

Responsibilities / Requirements:

●  Be hands-on implicated in the design and implementation of NestJs REST APIs.
● Work with DevOps engineers to scale and optimise NestJs micro-services.
● Must have an excellent understanding of how the web works.
● Extensive knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, and SOLID Principles.
● Familiar with modern engineering practices: coding standards, code reviews, continuous deployment, automated testing.

For the past few years, we've brought project-based learning to thousands of k-12 students across the nation via coding and app development workshops. WHAT WE'RE BUILDING: Gamified, intelligent virtual classrooms where students earn while they learn from live teachers (rather than pre-recorded videos). We use technology to give teachers and students superpowers, rather than replacing teachers with static vids. Features include real-time analytics for teachers (e.g. student engagement and understanding), rewards for peer learning (students earn when they help each other, answer quizzes correctly, are punctual, etc.), and personalization to account for students learning at different paces. TECH STACK: Node.js, Express, MongoDB on the backend, and React on the front-end. We make heavy use of socket.io (web sockets) and WebRTC for updating state of classrooms, for real-time messaging, and live audio/video/screen sharing. ABOUT YOU: - You're awesome at javascript, and have been coding with Node.js / Express for 2+ years - You have implemented a React front-end on at least one other live, production-grade web application being used by real people for a real use-case. - You love to code, even when nobody is forcing you / asking you to. You build things for fun, and you stay aware of what's happening in tech. - You can operate at all levels of the stack, and you care about user experience / user-centric design. - You have experience with web sockets - Huge plus: Dev Ops i.e. you know how to build / configure scalable architectures for Node.js and web socket apps.
