JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an individual contributor role in a high performance target-driven sales environment that emphasizes on selling unique programs designed for children in ages 6-14 years. Your role will start with contacting parents over the phone and convincing them to enrol their children to WizKlub programs. Candidates should be willing to talk to 60-70 customers everyday over the phone - video calling pitching WizKlub programs and regular sales follow-ups to drive admissions / sales. Candidates will be taking up revenue responsibility to drive 5-7 lakh revenue (Sales) per month. Prefer candidates who have worked on revenue targets in the earlier organizations. Should be working 6 days a week, Mondays week-off. Should be able to build rapport with customers (Parents) by understanding Customer profile & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods and explain the benefits of WizKlub programs.
