Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Ambassador Program Manager to oversee and execute key tasks in managing our ambassador program. This position will involve community engagement, event planning, data tracking, and regular program updates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in maintaining program structure, and have a passion for building and supporting vibrant, engaged communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ambassador Program Management:
- Chat Management: Respond to community inquiries, provide resources, and actively engage users to join the Ambassador Program.
Event Management:
- Plan, announce, and execute Ambassadors & Community Engagement/Education/Activation events.
- Track results and communicate outcomes with relevant stakeholders.
Regular Tasks Review:
- Perform a manual review of Zealy Ambassador Quests every 12-24 hours.
Monthly Reports:
- Review and evaluate all ambassador tasks manually.
- Maintain and update Ambassador Points and Progress Sheets/Reports.
- Distribute roles and responsibilities to ambassadors.
Ambassadors Applications:
- Manage the application rounds by creating submission forms, reviewing applications, approving results, and announcing new ambassadors.
- Onboard newly selected ambassadors to the program.
Regular Structure Updates:
- Update the ambassador program structure regularly to keep it engaging and relevant.
- Incorporate new ideas and requests from ambassadors to improve the program and introduce fresh opportunities.
Weekly & Monthly Statistics Gathering:
- Collect and analyze statistics related to UGC (User-Generated Content), events, ambassador activity, and the overall success of the ambassador program.
- Monitor local community activity and growth, and track the progress of ambassadors through their roles.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience with community management or ambassador programs is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage multi-cloud environments using cloud agnostic tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Passionate about security and have good understanding of industry best practices
