Job Purpose
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented sales professional to drive the expansion of our EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) Consultancy vertical. As the regulatory landscape becomes more stringent with the new amendments, your role will be to assist Producers, Importers, and Brand Owners (PIBOs) and Recyclers in navigating compliance through our expert-led solutions.Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)The performance of the candidate will be measured against the following key metrics:
- New Client Acquisition: Meeting monthly and quarterly targets for onboarding new PIBOs for EPR registration and credit fulfilment.
- Lead Generation: Building a robust pipeline of prospects through multi-channel outreach.
- Revenue Growth: Driving top-line sales through effective negotiation and closing of high-value consultancy contracts.
- Client Retention: Managing existing relationships to ensure recurring annual compliance and renewals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales & Execution: Identify and connect with potential B2B clients (Manufacturers, Importers, and E-commerce entities) to sell EPR consultancy services for plastic, e-waste, battery, tyre waste and used oil management
- Field Engagement: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and site visits to build trust with prospects. Represent the company at national trade conferences and environmental summits.
