• A value-driven AI/ML Engineering Manager with 8+ years of experience in building and scaling end-to-end AI engineering and solution delivery.
• Leadership Track Record: Proven track record as a hands-on builder, and lead, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of complex, enterprise-grade AI/ML platforms and solutions. Expert in leveraging Google Cloud's AI/ML ecosystem (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, GKE for MLOps) to deliver highly performant, scalable, and impactful AI transformations.
• Delivery & Advisory Record: Experience in building and optimizing intelligent systems and personally driving the technical execution from conception to scalable deployment.
• Applied AI & Domain Expertise: Hands-On AI Deployment: Extensive hands-on experience deploying AI-powered workflows, copilots, and automation solutions in production environments.
• Client-Facing Lead: Demonstrated hands-on experience as an AI/ML Product Manager, Data Science Manager, or Technical Architect in client-facing capacities. 3DEXPERIENCE on Cloud, ENOVIA, NETVIBES

1) 10+ years of Experience in the PLM Industry, with proficient in 3DExperience Platform

2) Strong Dassault Product knowledge across Dassault Brands (e.g. ENOVIA, DELMIA, NETVIBES) and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform is a required. Both On-Cloud and OnPrem.

3) Customer Requirements collecting, Documenting and management. PLM Use Case and process creations and definition, having excellent understanding of business data and process requirements. Experience in performing PoCs, Demonstrations and scope definition.

4) Good understanding of Different modules and technical Skill with hands on experience on different 3DExperience Brands.

5) Understand master data principles and technical overlaps among digital platforms, from PLM to ERP, MES, SCM, etc

6) Able to deal with complexity and simplify things, develop and maintain a 360 degree "big picture" view of the solution.

7) Good understanding of migration into 3DEXPERIENCE with relevant experience in the same and also on environment setup, data migration strategy and validation.

8) Have in-depth understanding of design patterns, coding and customization languages, middleware and other IT principles and able to interface openly with other IT Architects on such matters.

9) Ability to assess existing technologies and tools, and all technical building blocks.

10) It is an advantage if having experience in a global company with IT, Engineering or Manufacturing and having interest and experience in implementing PLM.

Required skills

• 4-8 years of web-based application development in Python/Django
• Experience in Terrafoam.
• Competence in using scripting languages to automate tasks (Perl, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, Python/Django or similar).
• Experience in working with Linux/Unix platforms.
