Backend Developer

Job Profile:-

We’re in search of a Back-End Software Engineer that specializes in server-side components. In this role, you’ll primarily work on Node JS, Mongo DB, Redis, building scalable products and will bring a depth of knowledge on algorithms and data structures. As a Back-End Software Engineer, on any given day you might be architecting new features for our customers, refactoring existing code to be more scalable, and seeing changes through to completion in a live environment.

As they will be involved in every fact of the product development starting from product ideation, Interface design, user experience, analytics, and engineering.

Typical work week look like:-

- Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Design and implementation of scalable applications by using asynchronous programming with low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
-Integration of data storage solutions by creating database schemas that represent and support business processes and also Integrating multiple data sources and databases into one system.
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Explore technical innovation and propose new solutions as and when required.
- Work with engineers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every month.


Our ideal candidate should have:-

- 4+ years of relevant experience in a Tech Startup
- A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a BE/BTech or MS in Information Technologies/Computer Science)
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript and knowledge of Node.js and frameworks.
- Strong hands on MongoDB and ability to write aggregation queries.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on on code versioning tools, such as Git, Redis, AWS, Sockets

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 3-5 years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on JavaScript stack technologies.
3. Proven experience in integrating blockchain technology into web applications, with a deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
4. Proficiency in multisignature, multiparty computation and 3rd party Node provider integration
5. Experience with public blockchain platforms such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.
6. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
10. Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
11. Experience in setting up Bitcoin core, and Geth node is a plus

Skills Required:

• 7+ years of experience as software engineer.
• Experience in Dot.Net technologies - Asp.Net MVC, WebAPI, .NetCore
• Experience in ORM like Entity Framework /Dapper
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design and SOLID principles
• Experience with Unit Testing, Mocking and Dependency Injection frameworks
• Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL or other database technology
• Experience with software quality, testing procedures and build automation tools
• Knowledge of the Principles & Patterns of Agile Software
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot existing code and maintain existing systems.
• Ability to identity performance bottlenecks.
• Experience working with version control tools such as GIT and CI/CD tools.

• .Develop and maintain the backend for a web platform in the Fin-tech Industry domain.
• Create testing framework for all business use cases Maintain Deploy builds

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and aleadership skills. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Mandatory experience in building scalable microservices on nodejs platforms
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, Service architecture
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
