Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, startup, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial equipment at customer sites.
• Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, configure, and test equipment to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Conduct equipment inspections and pre-installation assessments before commissioning.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, technical manuals, and specifications.
• Train customer personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation after every service visit.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, service, and spare parts teams for technical support and issue resolution.
• Recommend spare parts, wear parts, and preventive maintenance solutions to customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and customer site regulations.
• Maintain service tools, testing instruments, and equipment in proper working condition.
• Provide technical assistance to fellow service engineers and technicians when required.
• Be available for extensive Pan India travel, including short-notice assignments and occasional weekend or holiday support.
