We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role will focus on increasing our visibility, generating quality leads, and driving sales through a blend of SEO, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and paid ads on Google, Facebook, and other channels. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are effectively aligned with business goals and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Monitor SEO performance and make adjustments to maximize impact.
Lead Generation via LinkedIn & Email Marketing:
- Execute LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns to target and generate high-quality leads.
- Build and manage email marketing funnels to nurture and convert leads.
- Optimize LinkedIn strategies for better engagement and conversion.
Paid Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor ad performance, budget allocation, and ROI to ensure optimal results.
- Conduct A/B testing and other performance analyses to refine ad strategy.
Content Marketing & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content that supports SEO and lead generation goals.
- Develop a content calendar that aligns with overall marketing objectives.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Use data and analytics to drive informed decisions and optimize campaigns for improved results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Proven experience in planning and executing SEO strategies.
- Strong track record of successful LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in SEO, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
Job Description
Counseling the students over the study abroad options & training products of Jamboree.
Being a part of the Inside sales team, the incumbent will be required to ensure maximum on-spot closures from the prospective leads.
Making outbound calls on all the prospective leads generated through various sources.
Meeting weekly/monthly/annual sales targets.
Regular follow-ups with students and parents.
Timely updation of MIS and other dashboards

Should have experience working in Education sector in a sales oriented profile where s/he was responsible for admissions/enrollment targets.

- 4+ years of experience in web development (PHP 7+ / JS / MySQL / Symfony 4+ / Rabbit MQ /Docker / Redis and other frameworks).

Devops Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our products can be seamlessly deployed on infrastructure, whether it is on-prem or on public clouds.
- Create, Manage and Improve CI / CD pipelines to ensure our Platform and Applications can be deployed seamlessly
- Evaluate, Debug, and Integrate our products with various Enterprise systems & applications
- Build metrics, monitoring, logging, configurations, analytics and alerting for performance and security across all endpoints and applications
- Build and manage infrastructure-as-code deployment tooling, solutions, microservices and support services on multiple cloud providers and on-premises
- Ensure reliability, availability and security of our infrastructure and products
- Update our processes and design new processes as needed to optimize performance
- Automate our processes in compliance with our security requirements
- Manage code deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes
- Manage environment where we deploy our product to multiple clouds that we control as well as to client-managed environments
- Work with CI and CD tools, and source control such as GIT and SVN. DevOps Engineer
Skills/Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or equivalent positions
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code / Automation tools
- Experience in deploying, analysing, and debugging on multiple environments (AWS, Azure, Private Clouds, Data Centres, etc), Linux/Unix administration, Databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Elasticsearch and Redis (both managed instances as well as self-installed).
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell and / or Bash.
- Hands-on experience with the following is a must: Docker, Kubernetes, ELK Stack
- Hands-on experience with at least three of the following- Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation, Jenkins, Wazuh SIEM, Ansible, Ansible Tower ,Puppet ,Chef
- Good troubleshooting skills with the ability to spot issues.
- Strong communication skills and documentation skills.
- Experience with deployments with Fortune 500 or other large Global Enterprise clients is a big plus
- Experience with participating in an ISO27001 certification / renewal cycle is a plus.
- Understanding of Information Security fundamentals and compliance requirements

- You have significant experience on extracting and delivering consumer insights via focus groups, usability tests, surveys, behavioral data, A/B testing
- You have a strong analytical background and can dive deep into KPIs to understand how to improve them
