Job Description:
The candidate must have a background in the B2B lead generation and sales of technology
services or products for India/international markets. This is an individual contributor role,
working independently to generate leads, build up relationships, and close deals, with support
from presales and marketing teams. The candidate would be responsible for generating sales
revenue for digital consulting and marketing services.
Must have past experience in B2B Sales and Business Development of services like Web Design
and Development, UX Consulting, SEO, Social Media Marketing, B2B Sales, and Digital
Marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● B2B Lead generation and lead nurturing.
● Meeting clients on a regular basis to present new ideas and update them on the
development of their digital collaterals, including website, social media, digital
content, digital marketing, etc.
● Working with the marketing and presales team to create and present solution pitches
to clients.
● Developing & pitching tailor-made integrated Digital technology and marketing
solutions to existing and potential new clients in the region by understanding their
requirements.
Qualification: MBA (Marketing) Preferred

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will generate leads, drive sales growth, and build relationships with prospective clients to achieve company targets. They will collaborate with the marketing team and provide strategic sales and marketing inputs to improve sales performance.

- Create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in your respective areas of operation
- To work directly with the distributor and the sales executives in designing and implementing key marketing campaigns.
- To actively engage yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a
daily/weekly basis.
- To look after smooth functioning and supply chain of the authorized distributor under your
periphery.
- To oversee sales executive schedule and plan them accordingly.
