Responsibilities
· Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drives, and meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy

· Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities
· Take a lead role in developing new business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
· Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term by targets
· Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration
· People management- Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics
· Ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences at all levels of technical or business stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for dynamic Sales Development Representative to help grow our expansion throughout South East Asia Market.
The Sales Development Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making outbound calls, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, closing sales and a team player.
The ideal candidate(s) should have experience in SaaS preferably within event tech, excellent communication skills, sharp analytical skills, a start-up mindset and be hungry to succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Acquire and activate travel agents through various channels like office visits, telephone, email, social networks, events & meetings.
• Establish, grow, and maintain commercial ties with travel agents—both current and potential —in the designated territory to attract new partners for our services.

Job Description:
- Generating new business and interest through account-based marketing programs involving email and calling campaigns
- Play a vital role in pipeline growth through the generation of SQLs and scheduling of the first meeting of prospects with the founders
- Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities

Requirement
- Prior experience of 2-4 years in outbound pipeline generation as a Business Development Representative in the North American and/or EMEA markets.
- Ability to effectively leverage communication channels like cold emails, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, etc.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email, and via telephone
- High levels of motivation and self-driven attitude
- Preferably experience working with B2B SaaS companies
- Good understanding of CRM (HubSpot, Fresh sales & others)
- Good understanding of Prospecting and Automation tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact, negotiate, and close deals with multiple levels of prospects
