As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, assisting them in selecting products and services that meet their interior design needs, and contributing to the overall success of our firm.
MUST HAVE 1YR OF EXP INTO INTERIOR DESIGN BACKGROUND AND SALES EXP.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service by greeting clients, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the selection process.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including furniture, accessories, lighting, and design consultation services.
3. Sales Generation: Actively engage with clients to identify opportunities for sales, upselling, and cross-selling of products and services.
4. Consultative Selling: Utilize your knowledge of interior design principles to offer personalized recommendations and design solutions to clients.
5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
6. Order Management: Assist clients with placing orders, processing payments, and coordinating delivery and installation.
7. Merchandising: Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring that products are properly displayed and inventory levels are monitored.
8. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as maintaining client records, generating sales reports, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, project managers, and administrative staff, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices in interior design and sales techniques.
At least 2 year of experience Experience with Shopify and Wordpress themes and plugins
Generate custom – tailored Shopify theme and altering pre – existing template.
Act as Shopify expert, specializing in all facets of the ecommerce platform.
Clear concept of HTML5,CSS3,javascript/jQuery.
Knowledge in other ecommerce platform like woo commerce, Big Commerce will be preferred.
Reviewing and analyzing websites (WordPress) along with the areas of improvement and optimization.
Experience in Shopify theme development and customization.
Working with different Shopify JS APIs will be added advantage(storefront, AJAX Cart, Sections etc).
Proficiency in Webhooks, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript/ECMA Script 5/6.
Familiarity with responsive web design
Good Knowledge of SCSS.
Hands on experience in installing & customizing new Shopify theme and experience in Shopify custom app development would be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Design and build fault-tolerant, high-performance, scalable systems
- Design and maintain the core software components that support Zeni platform
- Improve the scalability, resilience, observe ability, and efficiency of our core systems
- Code using primarily Python.
- Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from, product management, platform architects and senior engineers.
- Fail fast, fix fast. Rapidly fix bugs and solve the problems
- Proactively look for ways to make Zeni platform better

Requirements:
- E. / B.Tech in Computer Science.
- 2yrs to 5 yrs of commercial software development experience
- You have built some impressive, non-trivial web applications by hand
- Excellent programming skills in Python (Object Oriented is a BIG plus)
- Google App engine experience a huge plus
- Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
- Good understanding of web technologies (HTTP, Apache) and familiarity with Unix/Linux
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms and design patterns

Job Description:
The UI Engineer(4-7) will design; develop front-end for AgroStar product solutions.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Responsible for core UI framework, implements and maintains it.
