Budget :

• 2 to 3.5 yrs → up to 13 LPA
• 3.5 to 5 yrs → up to 18 LPA
• 5+ yrs → up to 25 LPA

Role Overview :

Hiring multiple Java Developers to build scalable and performance-driven applications. Strong hands-on coding and problem-solving skills required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications & REST services
• Write clean, testable code with JUnit & unit tests
• Participate in code reviews, debugging & optimization
• Work with SQL databases, CI/CD & version control tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile setups

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development:

• Design, implement, and optimise clean, scalable, and reliable code across [backend/frontend/full-stack] systems.
• Contribute to the development of micro services, APIs, or UI components as per the project requirements.

1. System Architecture:

• Collaborate and design and enhance system architecture.
• Analyse and identify opportunities for performance improvements and scalability.

1. Code Reviews and Mentorship:

• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

1. Agile Collaboration:

• Work within an Agile/Scrum framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Carbon Science, Designer, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

1. Problem-Solving:

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in production and development environments.
• Contribute to incident management and root cause analysis to improve system reliability.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing codebases, tools, and development processes.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Experience: 2–5 years of professional software development experience in [specify languages/tools, e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.].
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in [programming languages/frameworks/tools].
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with containerisation (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).

Soft Skills:

• Hands on Work experience as a Python Developer
• Hands on Work experience in SQL/PLSQL

Designation: Java Back End Developer

1. Strong in Java , Spring Boot, ver.x (Microservices)
2. 5+ year’s software engineering experience working with large scale applications and projects.
3. Knowledge of best practice software development methodologies and coding standards.
4. General knowledge of public cloud infrastructure and data solutions (e.g. AWS)
5. Broad experience designing and developing scalable, resilient, performant applications:
6. Distributed systems
7. Microservices design and implementation
8. Experience working on, and deploying, large scale systems in Java 
9. Experience with relational DBs like MySQL, SQL Server or Oracle.

• 3+ years of experience in the Development in JAVA technology.
• AWS or cloud Experience

• Hands on experience on Relationl Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)

Roles and Responsibilities;-

• Include managing Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
• Designing, developing and delivering high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems

Framework required – spring boot, Hibernate
Skills - Should have knowledge of JPA, js, Ajax

• 4 to 6 years plus experience in having implemented Hybris Commerce Solution.
• Working experience in Java, Spring, and Hibernate is a must
• Working experience of customizing Hybris Accelerators
• Proficient in Hybris core concepts and commerce concepts including, but not limited to, Hybris PCM Data Modeling, Endeca/SOLR, WCMS/ Customer Experience Manager, Cockpits, Cron jobs, internationalization, personalization, security concepts, and REST.
• Proficient in the catalog, order management, promotions, B2B commerce.
• Should have experience in handling multi/Omni-channel architecture through related Hybris Channel management modules.
• Good understanding of integration patterns/methodologies of Hybris with Organic SEO Search, Faceted Search, and Commerce Search.
• Should have exposure on the continuous integration build tools and code quality tools
• Working experience of Integration with external services such as payment gateways, Order management solution using Web services such as REST and SOAP
• Working experience of SOLR Search Engine is a plus
