Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced SDET / Automation Tester to set up and manage automation for a web-based POS system built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation for Dynamics 365 F&O using RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool).
• Work with functional and dev teams to identify and automate key test scenarios.
• Execute, monitor, and analyze automated test runs.
• Contribute to improving testing processes and quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in test automation or SDET roles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or ERP systems.
• Experience or willingness to work on RSAT.

Roles & Responsibilities

Writing and testing code, debugging programs and integrating applications with third-party web services. To be successful in this role, you should have experience using server-side logic and work well in a team.

Ultimately, you'll build highly responsive web applications that align with our business needs. Write effective, scalable code Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance Integrate user-facing elements into applications.

Requirements

1 to 5 years of experience as a Python Developer

Hands on experience of Flask, Django or Gin or Revel or Sanic

Knowledge of design/architectural patterns will be considered as a plus

Experience in AWS or similar cloud technologies

Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills

Client Acquisition - BDM role.

Job Description.

- Will be involved in Client Acquisition.

- Needs to do cold calls and generate leads.

- Identify the potential prospects and work accordingly by prioritising the tasks.

- Responsible for sales target.

-Build Client relationship professionally and have a good rapport.

- Will have to bring in New clients who have Recruitment and Staffing Requirements to THB. 
- Should have the ability to contact & speak to the HR Heads of Organizations and give them an introduction about THB. 
- Should convince Clients to give their requirements on a regular basis & maintain a good rapport with the client.
- Should ideally interact with the HR Heads (Director, VP, HR Head, Talent Acquisition Head, Recruitment Head, Managers etc) in these organizations
- Excellent Communication & Convincing ability required. 

- If needed promoting and selling THB concepts and Software Products.

- 75% field work(Cold calls, Meetings demos etc) and 25% office works(Follow-ups, proposals closures etc)
