📌 Role Summary

The Senior Data & AI Consultant will play a critical role in driving enterprise Data & AI transformations across clients. This role blends data strategy, architecture, engineering, governance, and AI/ML delivery with strong consulting, stakeholder management, and pre-sales responsibilities.

You will work closely with CXOs, business leaders, and technical teams to design scalable Azure-based data platforms, develop advanced analytics and AI solutions, and guide organizations on responsible AI adoption.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Data Strategy & Advisory

• Develop enterprise-wide Data & AI strategies and transformation roadmaps
• Perform data maturity assessments and define improvement plans
• Lead CXO-level workshops aligning business goals with Data & AI initiatives
• Guide clients on responsible and ethical AI practices

2. Data Architecture & Engineering

• Design scalable data platforms on Microsoft Azure
• Architect and implement batch and real-time pipelines using ADF, Synapse, Databricks, Event Hubs
• Build enterprise data models and modern lakehouse architectures
• Implement data quality, metadata, and lineage solutions using Azure Purview
• Partner with AI teams to ensure data readiness for ML/AI use cases

3. AI & Advanced Analytics

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution development using Azure ML, OpenAI, Cognitive Services
• Build ML and Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering)
• Implement MLOps practices (CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, governance)
• Ensure Responsible AI – explainability, fairness, and compliance
• Collaborate across the full AI lifecycle: data sourcing → modeling → deployment

4. Consulting, Pre-Sales & Leadership

• Lead client workshops, PoCs, demos, and discovery sessions
• Support proposal development and solution architecture design
• Contribute to thought leadership (blogs, whitepapers, events)
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure delivery excellence

Job Post Description :

· At least 3 to 4 years experience in Compositing tools like AFTER EFFECTS and Editing tools like Adobe Premier.

· Working experience in Maya 3D will be valuable.

· As senior resource taking the responsibility in compositing and VFX (Motion Graphics) the animation basis the storyboard and script requirements. Mentor the junior team members.

Job Responsibility: -

· Excellent Visualization and planning experience for compositing animations/videos.

· Camera tracking, Matte generation, Color Corrections.

· Use of Motion Graphics, templates and plug-ins for After Effects.

· Knowledge of film resolution & aspect ratios.

· Knowledge of MAYA Dynamics will be added advantage.

· Sound design Aesthetics.
· WORK DEMO / PORTFOLIO REQUIRED.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, architect and develop advanced software solutions in a cross functional Agile team supporting multiple projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with product owners and/or the business on requirements definition, development of functional specifications, and design
• Collaborate on technical design and specifications as required
• Code, test and document new applications as well as changes to existing system functionality and ensure successful completion

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Computer Science or related field
• 1+ years of Experience working on React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Experience with cloud based technologies like AWS
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration and upgrading of Oracle server software and related products.
• Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures.
• Take care of the Database design and implementation, including Patch Management and Version Control. Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges).
• Perform database/application tuning and performance monitoring.
• Setup and maintain documentation and standards.
• Plan growth and changes (capacity planning).
• Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required.
• Perform general technical troubleshooting and give consultation to development teams.
• Interface with Oracle Corporation for technical support.
• Analyse potential impact of problem resolution and take corrective measures when needed.

Education, Skills and Experience required:

• Engineering or Technical Degrees (BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech/ M.Sc / MCA)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Must have experience on multiple Hardware and Software Environments and be comfortable with complex heterogeneous systems environments.
• Must be an Oracle Certified Professional DBA (11g or above) with hands-on experience of RAC, RMAN.
• Good understanding of the Oracle database, related utilities and tools and underlying operating system.
• Excellent knowledge of the physical database design and all Oracle backup and recovery scenarios.
• Developing, managing and testing back-up and recovery plans. Data archival and space management.
• Ability to perform both Oracle and operating system performance tuning and monitoring.
• Good knowledge of Oracle security management and Oracle data integrity.
• Experience in code/data migration, database change management and data management through the various stages of the development life cycle.
• Sound knowledge of both database and system performance tuning and implemented application systems.
