Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a team of sales consultants. This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring process adherence, and meeting revenue goals with a strong focus on consultative selling. If you have a strong sales background, leadership experience, and a passion for growing people and revenue together, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of inbound Business Consultants to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, pipeline discussions, and deal reviews to ensure effective conversion.
• Monitor individual performance through CRM dashboards and ensure process adherence.
• Track and report key performance metrics (calls, demos, closures, revenue).
• Drive team performance for consistent achievement of MRR and closure numbers.
• Ensure timely and high-quality follow-ups with all inbound leads.
• Support team members in deal negotiation, closure, and retention of key customers.
• Identify skill gaps and work with L&D to enhance sales capability and product knowledge.
• Conduct regular role-plays, feedback sessions, and performance improvement discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–6 years in B2B Inside Sales / SaaS Sales with at least 2 years of proven experience in leading a sales team.
• Must Have: Prior experience in handling inbound sales processes and achieving monthly revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably Zoho or similar).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to drive results under pressure.
• Experience in cloud telephony, SaaS, or communication technology will be an added advantage.

Are you an experienced Process/Mechanical Engineer with strong AutoCAD and proposal drafting skills? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Process & Proposal Engineer to support engineering design and sales proposal activities for process equipment — especially in pharma and industrial segments.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Create GA, P&ID, and layout drawings using AutoCAD

• Perform design, drafting, and detail engineering of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks (ASME/API/TEMA/PED standards)

• Prepare mechanical data sheets, BOQ, costing, and bill of materials

• Review and analyse specifications, drawings, and design data

• Modify and optimise mechanical designs for performance and manufacturability

• Prepare technical & commercial proposals for clients

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for engineering inputs

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years’ experience in AutoCAD (Experience in the Pharma industry — process vessels, liquid/ointment systems, sugar syrup plants — preferred)

• BE Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical / Chemical Engineering

• Strong technical drafting, design fundamentals, and proposal costing skills

• Good understanding of fabrication, plant layouts, and process equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable Python applications for AI/ML projects.
• Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models for classification, regression, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to integrate models into production systems.
• Optimize model performance and ensure low-latency inference in real-time environments.
• Work with large datasets to perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and data transformation.
• Stay current with new developments in machine learning frameworks and Python libraries.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Develop RESTful APIs and deploy ML models via cloud or container-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
