Job Description:

- Identify, onboard, and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for financial and wealth products (e.g., loans, credit cards, MF, or other wealth product as and when promoted by the company).

- Conduct regular training and performance reviews of DSAs.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms.

- Drive DSA productivity and meet monthly acquisition targets.

- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to streamline onboarding.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize acquisition strategy.

This profile may also include travel as the person has to bring new DSA to us

·       Minimum 4-18 Years of Core Java Programming with spring boot Framework,Design patterns Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Forkjoin pool and other threading concepts)

·       Good knowledge of the JVM with an understanding of performance and memory optimization.

·       Extensive and expert programming experience in JAVA programming language (strong OO skills preferred).

·       Excellent knowledge on collections like, Array List, Vector, LinkedList, Hashmap, HashTable, HashSet is mandate.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Project Manager - Automobile, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects related to the development and implementation of alternative gas fuel systems for automobiles. You will collaborate with

cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure project milestones are achieved within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in automotive engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements: 7+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the automotive industry, preferably in alternative fuel systems or related fields.

Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

● Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.

● Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints.

● Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assign project tasks and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

● Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

● Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.

● Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.

● Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

The primary purpose of this internship is to provide freshers with knowledge in web development. We conduct weekly communication classes to enhance communication skills. Additionally, special orientation classes covering topics such as customer satisfaction and work ethics. You will be given training on interview preparation. Our training method simulates the corporate training approach, where students report to their mentors. By the end of this internship, you will have a strong foundation in web development.

• Good understanding and experience of HTML / CSS / JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with ES6 / ES7 / ES8 features.
• Thorough understanding of the Request Lifecycle (including Event Queue, Event Loop, Worker Threads, etc).
• Familiarity with security principles including SSL protocols, data encryption, XSS, CSRF.
