Key Responsibilities
• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
• Collaborate with multiple customers across domains such as manufacturing, clinical trials, pharmaceutical, and textiles to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to extract key business and functional needs.
• Translate high-level business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
• Documentation & Communication:
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Clearly communicate requirements to developers, architects, and QA teams, ensuring full understanding of scope and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders and development team.
• Testing & Validation:
• Perform initial system validation, UAT preparation, and smoke testing to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
• Collaborate with QA to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Track and log defects in JIRA, ensuring they are resolved before delivery.
• Project Planning & Scope Management:
• Work closely with project managers and solution architects to define project scope, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and change impacts, and communicate proactively to stakeholders.
• Contribute to effort estimation and prioritization discussions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with AI engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and UX designers to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
• Ensure all customer inputs are converted into actionable, technically feasible tasks for development.
• Customer & Stakeholder Interaction:
• Conduct regular check-ins and demo sessions with customers to validate progress and gather feedback.
• Communicate technical solutions and project updates to non-technical stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, system analysis, GAP analysis, end-user training, Preparing BRD, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, defining support procedures, and leading workstreams implementations and supporting end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations.
- Provide Functional Consulting & Business analysis by gaining industry knowledge of various business domains such as Online Retail, Manufacturing, Wholesale, Distribution, Automobile etc, with industry best practices.
- Evaluate customer’s business requirements, needs and objectives and convert the same to company processes, solutions, and modules being implemented.
- Interact with the key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct a gap analysis.
- Translate business requirements to our technical team members and translate technology solutions from our technical team to the customers.
- Prepare a business requirement document (BRD) for our customer’s business needs.
- Prepare a detailed scope of work (SOW) resulting from personalization sessions to our customers in the pre-sales phase to provide proposed solutions for the customer’s business requirements.
- Manage the full life cycle of Odoo ERP Implementation and Testing phases. Analyze and report any malfunctions found in our customized solutions or standard Odoo ERP features and functionalities to the technical team. (for example, by testing different business cases or impersonating users)
- Develop solution design from what is available in Odoo as a standard feature(s) and lead the customer throughout the implementation and support phases.
- Manage all aspects of the configuration process for the customer from configuration through to acceptance and sign-off.
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions (workshops) with new customers to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote.
- Ensure proper training is given to the end-users and that the new system is usable, performing appropriately and the business flow is complete and correct.

Your Day-to-Day
- Derive Insights and drive major strategic projects to improve Business Metrics and take responsibility for cost efficiency and Revenue management across the country
- Perform Market research, Post Mortem analyses on competitor expansion and Market Penetration patterns.
- Provide in-depth business analysis and data insights for internal stakeholders to help improve business. Derive and launch projects in order to reduce the gaps between targeted and projected business metrics
- Responsible for optimizing Carsome’s C2B and B2C customer acquisition and Dealer retention funnel. Work closely with Marketing and Tech teams to create, produce and implement creative digital marketing campaigns and drive CRM initiatives and strategies
- Analyse the Revenue flows and processes large datasets to gather process insights and propose process improvement ideas for Carsome across SE-Asia
- Lead commercial projects & process mapping, from conceptualization to completion, to build or re-engineer business models, tools and processes.
- Having experience in analyses and insights in dealing on Unit Economics, COGs and P&L will be preferred ,but not mandatory
