Android Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java (Fullstack) Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Back-end JAVA, Spring-boot, Spring Framework & Frontend Javascript, React or Angular with ability to salable high performance applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable and robust backend services Develop, test & deploy scalable & robust back-end services using JAVA & Spring-boot
• Build responsive & user friendly front-end applications using modern Java-script framework with React
• or Angular
• Collaborate with architects & team members to design salable, maintainable & efficient systems.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for micro-services, API’s & cloud solutions.
• Implement & maintain Restful API for seamless integration.
• Write clean, efficient & res-usable code adhering to best practices
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations & debugging
• Work with cross functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers & QA team.
• Mentor junior developers & provide technical guidance.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 3 Years of experience in backend/ fullstack development
• Back-end - Core JAVA/JAVA8, Spring-boot, Spring Framework, Micro-services, Rest API’s, Kafka,
• Front-end - JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Typescript, Angular
• Database - MySQL

Preferred

• Experience with Batch writing, Application performance, Caches security, Web Security
• Experience working in fintech, payments, or high-scale production environments

• Creating RESTful services with Node.js (Express)
• React & React Native
• Mongoose & MongoDB.

• Hands-on experience with Ubuntu-based servers
• Hands on experience in deploying on Digital Ocean Droplets
• Hands on experience with google maps integration

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for monitoring project deliverables on day to day basis 
• Required to update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project's progress. 
• Assist, train, and ensure project team members with tasks that you have assigned to them. 
• Test the product modules and manage the change request, bug reports, etc. 
• Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports. 
• Facilitate communication between intern stakeholders, clients, vendors, and management. 

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 
• 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience. 
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills for documentation, user stories, etc. 
• Proficient in MS Excel, and Presentation. Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Notion is a plus. 
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Ability to work well in a team environment. 
• Experience with project management tools and software. 
• Ability to identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.

• Experience : 3-6 years
  Experience in developing full-stack applications at scale
• Should have experience in any of the front-end frameworks like React, Angular, BackboneJS, Ext, etc, and HTML/CSS/Bootstrap.
• Experience in backend technologies like NodeJS, Python, GOLANG, REST web services and Java(OOPS, Collections, DB Access) or any other technology.
•  Hands on experience in JavaScript Concepts (OO-JS, Closures, Unit Testing, Module Patterns etc)
• Good to have skills like REST, Bootstrap, UI Components, CI/CD, NoSQL based DB is added advantage.
• Experience with advanced CSS programming using LESS or SASS is a plus.
• Expertise in of server side technologies and SQL/NoSQL is a plus.
• Experience of JavaScript testing frameworks like Karma, Mocha, Jest etc.
• It involves design the software system, Select algorithms, theories or technologies that will be used for BUSINESS Applications
• Contribute to software development design discussions for new features and new product development
• Strong Problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot applications & environment issues

Ideally, you know how to write unit tests and maybe even better write them in TDD. You have knowledge in agile methodologies such as Scrum. You know about GIT and the use of continuous integration tools. You have developed single page JS applications end to end.

Candidate should have a bachelor or Master technical degree or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge in software engineering. Proactive Self Starter, creative thinker in designing, developing and supporting applications. Work as part of cross functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process.

• Hands-on development and delivery experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, bootstrap,
• Hands-on experience in ReactJS & related tech stack
• A strong Javascript foundation and clear understanding of Javascript classes, prototype-based inheritance, modules, etc.
• Ability to convert the UI designs into fully functional interactive prototypes.
• Experience in PSD to Html Conversion with Responsive design
• Knowledge in developing UI software interacting/interfacing with Browsers
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
• Awareness of current trends and best practices in the front-end community.
• Passion for software engineering and craftsman-like coding prowess
• Great OO skills, including strong design patterns knowledge
