The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing client relationships, preparing business proposals, reviewing and negotiating agreements, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field (MBA Preferred).

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in background verification or service-based industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies for medical services provided

- Initiate timely and effective communication with insurance companies to expedite claim processing and resolve payment discrepancies.

- Identify and resolve billing issues, including claim denials, rejections, and underpayments, through thorough investigation and follow-up.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and actions taken regarding accounts receivable.

As the Project Manager - Automobile, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects related to the development and implementation of alternative gas fuel systems for automobiles. You will collaborate with

cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure project milestones are achieved within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in automotive engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements: 7+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the automotive industry, preferably in alternative fuel systems or related fields.

Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

● Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.

● Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints.

● Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assign project tasks and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

● Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

● Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Job Summary
