1. Bring in the Business perspective E2E –right from approach definition, design delivery. Ensuring Framework based solutions, and developments that are secure, scalable, and robust
2. Determiningvalue driven tech solutions implementation approach based on the Business requirements
3. Providing the Right and successful delivery of tech solutions by,
a.Being the single point of contact for the project b. Asking the right questions from a tech perspective in terms of the approach, design and effort required(with focus on the re-use of FW or pre-defined templates)
c.Defining the right work &resource plan, milestones, and deliverables etc.
d.Collaborating with teams, managing workflow, and driving meetings between teams involved for, timely delivery
e.Track team’s progress, using key performance metrics to objectively identify teams’ positive movement.
f.Having prompt and proactive communication with the stakeholders to manage their expectations and keep them informed about progress and impediments.
g.Reviewingproject deliverables to ensure they meet requirements and quality standards.
h.Drivingprocess and tooling improvements to increase throughput and output quality.
i.Participating in setting best practices for project management principles for the Business System team.
j.Ensure adherence of coding standards and techniques for code optimization

QUALIFICATIONS&EXPERIENCE
1. Degree in BE/ BTech from premium institutes with at least 7 to 8 years of IT industry experience, preferably in the financial services domain. P&C Insurance would be ideal.
2. Experience of working in the capacity of a project manager for a minimum of 2 to 3 technology solution implementations that are deadline-driven and ensured successful delivery in terms of scope, timelines, and costs.
3. Experience of working with/managing multiple teams and dependencies–what needs to happen in parallel and what needs to happen in sequence
4. Experience of working within an Agile scrum framework –defining sprints, scrum calls and milestones definition.
5. Experience of working on a minimum of 3 to 4 technology implementations E2E –right from discovery to delivery and maintenance in the capacity of a developer and
6. Expertise in application development through any of the programming languages and UI/Backend Frameworks, preferably in Angular, Node JS, and Python (Django/Flask).
7. Experience of working with source control tools
8. In case there is no specific expertise as a ‘Biz’ Tech Project Manager, the candidate should be willing to learn and understand the Business domain, which in the case of Manomay is Insurance
