What you'll do:

• Engineer advanced prompts for GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Llama 3
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Fine-tune open-source LLMs on domain-specific datasets
• Create AI agents with tool calling and memory
• A/B test prompts for accuracy, bias, and response quality
• Develop chatbots for e-commerce, healthcare, legal use cases

• Curiosity about LLMs (no PhD required!)

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience working as a hands-on developer in Sybase, DB2, ETL technologies. 
• Worked extensively on data integration, designing, and developing reusable interfaces Advanced experience in Python, DB2, Sybase, shell scripting, Unix, Perl scripting, DB platforms, database design and modeling.
• Expert level understanding of data warehouse, core database concepts and relational database design.
• Experience in writing stored procedures, optimization, and performance tuning Strong Technology acumen and a deep strategic mindset.
• Proven track record of delivering results 
• Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data

-             Write, edit, and proof articles for Internal Communications

-             Write copies for branding collaterals like posters, brochures etc.

-             Co-ordinate with business units to gather information and craft articles, messages, or newsletters

-             Responsible for managing content and updating the Intranet using the CMS

-             Message and Newsletter creation using builder tool

-             Writing and editing for marketing collaterals
