Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive at iCloudEMS. The Account Executive will actively manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. The role involves consulting with educational institutions, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contributing to long-term client success will be a significant part of the responsibilities.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IND-AS), taxation, and audit controls.

• Experience in TDS, GST Returns, Tally ERP.

• Excellent analytical skills and command over financial reports.

• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, Excel, and financial software.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in client relationship management, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales expertise, including lead generation, negotiating, and closing deals.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements for the Job

1. Bachelor’s/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent field andmust have a minimum of 2 years of overall experience in tier one colleges 

1. Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Data Scientist in deploying ML at scale in production
2. Experience in machine learning techniques (e.g. NLP, Computer Vision, BERT, LSTM etc..) andframeworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)

1. Working knowledge in deployment of Python systems (using Flask, Tensorflow Serving)
2. Previous experience in following areas will be preferred: Natural Language Processing(NLP) - Using LSTM and BERT; chatbots or dialogue systems, machine translation, comprehension of text, text summarization.
3. Computer Vision - Deep Neural Networks/CNNs for object detection and image classification, transfer learning pipeline and object detection/instance segmentation (Mask R-CNN, Yolo, SSD).

Excellent skills in writing about complex technical and business subjects to a variety of audiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You will be coordinating our enterprise account-specific teams called squads, consisting of members from engineering, machine-learning, and conversation-design teams.
• There are five working groups in the organization, (i) Business (ii) Research (iii) Solutions (iv) Product, and (v) Operations, where you will be joining the Solutions, working group.
