We're hiring our next SDR to build Lobox's outbound engine from the ground up — not to work a script someone else wrote three years ago.

Lobox is a SaaS platform built for the people who do the hiring: HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers. You'll be the first conversation those people have with us. That means the quality of your outreach directly shapes how the market sees the brand, and the pipeline you build directly shapes what the company can sell next quarter.

This is a high-ownership seat on a small team. There's no layer of process between you and the decisions — if a channel isn't working, you'll say so, and we'll change it.

What you'll do

Research and identify B2B accounts that fit our hiring-focused ICP

Run outbound across LinkedIn, cold calls, and email — and tell us which one is actually working

Start real conversations with HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers

Qualify prospects against their hiring needs and business fit

Book qualified product demos for our AEs and sales leadership

Keep CRM and Jira records clean enough that the whole team can trust the pipeline numbers

Hit monthly meeting-booking and pipeline targets

Work directly with Growth to sharpen messaging, sequences, and targeting

What we're looking for

2–3 years in B2B SaaS sales as an SDR, BDR, or Business Development Representative/Executive

Real outbound experience — you've picked up the phone to strangers and kept going after the first ten no's

Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be talking to founders and senior HR leaders

CRM discipline — you log the work without being chased

A learning attitude. After training, you should be comfortable delivering a confident 15-minute product demo.

A startup mindset — you're motivated by ambiguity and ownership, not by a playbook handed to you

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Basic Qualifications

● Experience: 5+ years.

● Experience in working with cross-border, distributed teams is a must.
