Job Description

We primarily need a designer with working knowledge in Augmented/Virtual reality. Must have done some work in this area. Understands how immersive experiences work.

· Participate in client ideation sessions, develop design documentation and wireframing concepts for experiences such as Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) Mixed Reality (MR) and immersive, computer-based, or mobile-based applications.

· Design and proposed solutions in AR, VR, MR, and immersive, computer-based, or mobile-based applications in response to Request for Information, Invitation to Quote or Invitation to Tender, based on learning and instructional design principles.

· Explain experience design/game design processes and principles to clients in a way that is meaningful and applicable to their given industry.

· Create prototype, validate new ideas and concepts in interactive animation, interactive videos, AR, VR, MR, and immersive, computer-based, or mobile-based applications.

· Work closely with the in-house team and/or partner to achieve engaging and visually appealing solutions for the client.

Job Requirements

· A Bachelor’s Degree in game design, experience design or related field.

· A portfolio displaying games, AR, or VR experiences, including design documentation examples.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong presentation and group facilitation skills.

· Experience working in the Unity software and Adobe Creative suite of tools.

· A self-motivated individual who possesses a problem-solving attitude.

Role :

Act as the Lead ForgeRock developer / Analyst of the team to perform analysis, design and implementation tasks for our various platforms. Main accountabilities are:

• Work with different functional teams and managers
• Gathering Technical requirements from Business stakeholders
• Analyzing/Creating User Stories, Doing Story points estimations.
• Design and implement solutions across multiple platforms
• Producing high quality code with excellent test coverage
• Code reviews and effective code maintenance
• Analyze product requirements and breaking down into user stories and tasks, with the tech team
• Estimate and planning to assist with the development of the product roadmap
• Developing build, test, and deployment automation
• Research and development of potential new technologies
• Defining processes and standards within the team and contributing to the continuous improvement of the product development process
• Producing a high standard of technical documentation
• Understanding Backlogs and fixing support challenges
• Ability to provide technical expertise for new and ongoing initiatives to work with project stakeholder to come up most feasible technical solution.
• Identify, resolve, and/or escalate all issues that threaten the successful delivery of assigned initiatives.
• Support Junior developers and setting up local environments

Required

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Identity and Access management (IAM) domain with expertise in one of IAM Products like ForgeRock or Oracle IAM:
• ForgeRock IAM products - FR AM, FR IDM, FR IG and FR DS
• Oracle IAM products – OAM, OIM, and OUD/OVD/OID
• Development experience on IAM platform (using Java Microservice, SpringBoot)
• Gathering Technical requirements from Business stakeholders
• Analyzing/Creating User Stories, Grooming with Story points estimations and Developing the code for them with team.
• Ability to research and troubleshoot ForgeRock. Experience with ForgeRock Backstage and support
• Experience in implementation and configuration of features like: MFA/ RBAC/ SAML/ OAUTH/ Federation etc. Frontend/workflow customization using Identity Experience Framework.
• Ability to act as ForgeRock champion in the identity domain. Engage on discussions on future of the platform.
• Strong experience on Full Stack development using JAVA SpringBoot (Web API/Microservices/ GraphQL) and Angular/ NodeJS / ReactJS and Spring MVC framework
• Understanding the requirement and development. Involved in End to End implementation.
• Skills with DevOps best practices including deployment automation tools, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience of common DevOps platform tooling (chef, maven, jenkins, Puppet, Docker)
• Modern Agile and technology practices - to fit into the agile team cultures
• Written Unit test for components.

Roles and responsibilities

• • Develop well-designed, performant and scalable microservices
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code that follow software development best practices
  • Integrate data storage solutions including databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.
  • Expose business functionality to frontend/mobile applications and partner systems through secure and scalable APIs.
  • Build integrations with 3rd party applications through apis’ to ingest and process data
  • Ensure security and data protection aspects within the applications
  • Contribute to devops by building CD/CI pipelines to automate releases
  • Ensure high performance and availability of distributed systems and applications
  • Interact directly with client project team members and operational staff to support live customer deployments and production issues.

• 4+ years of experience in developing applications using Scala and related technologies.
• Thorough understanding of multithreading concepts and async execution using Actor model.
• Thorough understanding of Play framework, GraphQL and GRPC technologies.
• Experience in using DAL and ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries for data access.
• Experiencing in developing and hosting APIs and integration with external applications.
• Experience in building data models and repositories using relational and NoSql databases.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Bitbucket and agile methodologies.
• Good to have knowledge of AWS services like Lambda, dynamodb, kinesis and others.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Familiarity with event-driven programming and distributed architectures.
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Affinity for learning and applying new technologies and solving new problems
• Effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience in working with docker is a plus
• Comfortable in working with Unix/Linux environment
