Role Overview
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our technology team and help drive innovation across our business. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement machine learning models for applications like inventory forecasting, pricing automation, customer insights, and operational efficiencies. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, you’ll ensure our AI/ML solutions deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to address business challenges such as inventory forecasting, dynamic pricing, demand prediction, and customer segmentation.
- Preprocess and analyze large volumes of sales and customer data to uncover actionable insights.
- Design algorithms for supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning tailored to retail use cases.
- Implement and manage pipelines to deploy and monitor models in production environments.
- Continuously optimize model performance through retraining, fine-tuning, and feedback loops.
- Work closely with business teams to identify requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Proven experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and data pipeline design.
- Knowledge of algorithms for forecasting, classification, clustering, and optimization.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Preferred:
- Familiarity with retail industry challenges, such as inventory and pricing management.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying ML solutions.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices for scalable and efficient model management.
