Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to support end-to-end financial operations — from accounting and compliance to MIS reporting and international payments. The role involves ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes, while enabling business teams with data-driven insights and efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, expense tracking, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate books of accounts in Tally/Zoho Books or similar systems.
2. Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports, cash flow statements, P&L summaries, and management dashboards.

3. Vendor, Client & Overseas Payments Management

4. Compliance: Taxation, GST, PF & Statutory
- Ensure accurate calculation, filing, and reconciliation for GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances for payroll.
- Coordinate with CA partners and consultants for timely returns and assessments.
5. Audit, Documentation & Record Management
- Prepare audit schedules, support statutory and internal audits, and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain digital and physical records for all financial and compliance documents.
6. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning Support
- Assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
- Monitor actuals vs. planned spend, highlight deviations, and support cost optimization initiatives.
7. Process, Systems & Governance
- Drive improvements in financial workflows, approvals, and reporting systems.
- Support automation tools for expense management, invoicing, and financial control.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, and compliance management.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, PF, and statutory tax frameworks.
- Experience handling international payments and foreign remittances.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and Excel.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work under tight timelines.

Per trip can fetch an easy 120/- Rs, so if you do 10 trips a day, its easy 1200 bucks. We are into real-estate ready-to-move-in property transactions. We provide consultancy to prospective buyers, who request visits on properties they like. The job is to accompany them for these visits. There is no sales skill involved. You can use your smartphone to log into an app, see all the visits scheduled for today, coordinate with the buyer to reach the GPS location mentioned. If the buyer seeks any answer regarding the property, just check it on the app and answer. That’s it.
When sales happen out of these visits, and we get our service fee, the same will be shared with you (5% of the fee will on an average amount to 5000/-).
