Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Backend / API Developer - Python (FastAPI) / Node.js (Express) with strong expertise in building secure, scalable, and reliable backend systems. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python (FastAPI preferred) or Node.js (Express) and have hands-on experience deploying applications to serverless environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Deploy and manage serverless applications on Cloudflare Workers, Firebase Functions, and Google Cloud Functions.
• Work with Google Cloud services including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Secret Manager, and IAM roles.
• Implement secure API development practices (HTTPS, input validation, and secrets management).
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

Python (FastAPI) / Node.js (Express), Serverless Deployment (Cloudflare Workers, Firebase, GCP Functions), Google Cloud Services (Cloud Run, IAM, Secret Manager), API Security (HTTPS, Input Validation, Secrets Management).

Required Skills :

• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI preferred) or Node.js (Express).
• Hands-on experience with serverless platforms (Cloudflare Workers, Firebase Functions, GCP Functions).
• Familiarity with Google Cloud services (Cloud Run, IAM, Secret Manager, Cloud Functions).
• Strong understanding of secure API development (HTTPS, input validation, API keys & secret management).
• Knowledge of API design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.

Person should have strong knowledge in -

1. Core Java,

6. Application Security.

Person should have 4 to 6 Years of work experience in Java and the above-mentioned related technology.

Person should have good Oracle Database knowledge and have good communication skills.

Having work experience in BFSI domain will added advantage

Person needs to work from Mumbai location and also available to join the office

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop large scale web applications using Node.js; 
• Full-cycle projects and product development; 
• Focus on software development and build Restful API's; 
• Contribute to the overall software development life-cycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, release/version control, testing, deployment, and support; 
• Be a part of an agile-based team 

Requirements:

• Exposure to ES6 knowledge of REST API Design and Development in Node.js.

Requirements:

• Energetic self-starter, with a desire to work in a startup environment.
• Proficient in advanced Java programming skills.
• Expert in Application development cloud/on premise end to end. Middle layer, DB layer.
• Nice to have understanding on MQ and DB
• Good hands on in Complex Event Processing systems.
• Solved scale and performance issues while dealing with huge sets of data. Pre compute or data aggregation frameworks to achieve good response time.
• Real world experience working with large datasets and NoSQL database technologies
• Experience of debugging applications running on Unix like systems (e.g. Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Experience developing RESTful APIs for complex data sets
• Knowledge of container based development & deployment (e.g. Dockers, rkt)
• Expertise in software security domain, a plus

• Design & build a highly scalable, robust backend architecture for our cloud services

• Take responsibility of entire module/feature set and develop, test, debug and maintain the application software throughout the product lifecycle
• Working with the Product Management Team to validate and plan new features

• Must have experience with web development in Java 8+, Spring/J2EE or similar frameworks and technologies. (Mandatory)

• 2+ years of strong relevant experience in developing Object-oriented technologies.

Translate several RESTful data sources to be used in a front-end application.

Dig into bugs and feature requests.

Work with our team to engineer new growth initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Skills: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, Express.js, MySQL, Git, Go
• Proficiency JavaScript developer.
• Should have a good understanding of micro-server architecture and REST API.
• Thorough understanding of MVC principles and JS design patterns. *Node.js, Express.js, MySQL should be thoroughly worked upon
• GIT, GitOps and standard versioning management tools should be known.
• Knowledge of User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
