We’re looking for a competent individual to help develop a scalable backend system for our project Cast India.With Cast India, We’re out to revolutionize the way people onboard, train, and get opportunity in M&E domain.

• Must-Have Skills

  • Strong knowledge of any PHP web framework Codeigniter, Laravel, CakePHP, Yii, Symfony, etc along with strength in OOPS
  • Understanding of MVC design patterns
  • Working experience with any Payment Gateways is desirable. Experience with REST-based API Development is a must
  • Experience with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS frameworks along with Angular 6+ and ReactJS
  • Confident with Mysql database, framing complex queries for optimum performance
  • Good knowledge of Javascript, Json, Jquery, Ajax

  Additional Skills

  • Hands-on experience working on Microservices development
  • Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

  Build and hosting experience

  • Must have a strong DevOps experience
  • Exhibited CI/CD experience with Jenkins tools and plugins.
  • Strong experience in auto-deployment, deployment testing, and overall automated pipeline management.
  • Good to have knowledge of Cpanel, FileZilla, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Must have a strong experience with source control tools like GitHub

  Testing

  • Must have strong advanced Unit testing experience and Agile experience
  • Must have strong working experience in agile
  • Must have participated in SCRUM and must be well aware of the scrum ceremonies
  • Must be able to self-manage the pipeline and should be well prepared to meet challenging timelines

  MySQL competency

  • Must be able to write complex queries
  • Understanding and implementation level knowledge of key joins, constraints, and triggers
  • Able to analyze the query and perform query optimization
  • Independently handle the Table DDL and DML statements as part of the development
  • Ability to create ER diagrams and data mapping diagrams and document data entity chang

Basic Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline 0-1 years of experience 
• Impactful internship, if fresher out of college- preferred with reputed techno-product orgs 
• Excellent Functional skills- understands software architecture (layers, software 
• components) and has knowledge about design patterns. 
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, Node.js including object-oriented design. 
• Computer science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis. 

We are looking for a Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

• 2+ years of experience with Node.js/Express.js or similar framework
• 1+ years of experience with MongoDB
• 1+ years of experience creating REST APIs and backend systems
• Experience with Docker is a plus
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
• Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
• Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar.
• At least two years of experience as a Node.js developer.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
• Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours.

Purpose

We are looking for Sr. Laravel Developer. The candidate must have Good level of proficiency in PHP, MySQL, object-oriented JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, XML, JSON required and Write clean PHP code in a timely and scalable way.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to Code, Test, Deploy and Scale SaaS-based Products using PHP, MySQL, with Laravel and Lumen MVC framework.
• Can write functional requirement documents and guides others within the project / team.
• Develop, write and implement software programming applications following established architecture standards as well as software development and project management methodologies.
• Integrate / Develop to third-party APIs.
• Write high quality code using the guidelines and effectively debug the code; perform code review of junior members.
• Azure or Aws cloud knowledge is good to have.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as SVN, GIT.
• Build and implement web applications and back-end services that integrate with mobile applications.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use & Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
  
  

Skills

• Strong coding experience with Laravel (5.5 and above) and Lumen
• Knowledge of PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter / YII / Zend / Joomla / Drupal etc will be a plus point.
• Strong skills in OOPs PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, Web Services, JSON.
• Must have used frameworks such as JQuery /Angular/ React JS/Backbone.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and OOPs concepts.
• Experience with databases like MySQL / MariaDB / Postgres.
• Experience in Source Code Versioning GitHub / GitLab / BitBucket and continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
• Working knowledge of XML / JSON and third-party APIs.
• Good to have skills: knowledge of non-relational databases like MongoDB; Exposure to Varnish, Redis, Elastic Search, Apache Solr.
• Payment processing integration experience in a PCI compliant environment is a plus
  Understanding of web and application security (OWASP)
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
• Good written and verbal communication with good analytical and multitasking skills
  
  

Hands -on experience with the following technologies is needed:

1. Good Knowledge of Python & Django Framework.
2. Experience in Git or any Version control systems.
3. Experience in SQL Databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL.
4. Knowledge of NoSQL Databases like Mongodb.
5. Worked on Django based live projects.
6. To implement microservices using Django rest framework.
7. Handling various technical aspects like coding of modules using the given design specifications
8. Debugging and fixing the defects as well as analyzing its root cause.
9. Deployment(AWS) and monitoring of the live project.
10. Mentoring junior developers.

Knowledge/Experience of AWS will be a big plus

Preferred Qualifications: 
B-Tech-IT/B-Tech -CSE/BCA or any degree in the relevant field
