Required Skills:

• Exp. - 5-8 years
• Experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale applications and systems. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
• Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client- facing applications.
• Good development experience with RDBMS.
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-performance server-side development.
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux.
• Excellent problem solving and coding skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Technical Skills: 

• An excellent tech Lead or application architect with strong experience in monolithic Java legacy applications, modern cloud-native

• Strong hands-on experience in Spring, Core Java specifically on multi-threading, concurrency, memory management process, and fair understanding on network communication & protocols. 

• experience working in software development on low-latency and high performing systems

• Experienced to guide & mentor the offshore team members, validating application deliverables on regular basis

• Ability to work in a collaborative manner with peers across different time zones. 

• Passionate about good design and code quality and have strong engineering practices

• Experience working on GCP will be preferred. 

Process Skills: 

• Experience in analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
• Develop and review design, code
• Develop and document architecture framework, technical standards, and application roadmap
• Guide development teams to comply with the architecture and development standards and ensure quality application is designed, developed, and delivered
• Must   have excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

· Implement a robust set of services and APIs to power the back-end application

· Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

· Implementation of security and data protection

· Follow and understand architecture design and implementation on
development, testing, implementation, and documentation.

· Conduct reviews and conduct team training on the complex features of NodeJS.

· Analyze business/functional requirements and translate them into
concrete tasks

· Manage Product releases

Skill Set Required:

· Experienced in NodeJs or any NodeJS frameworks

· Experienced & Good knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)

· Exposure to Cloud Environments like AWS, MS Azure or Google Cloud

· Knowledge of an interest in Agile Methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum

· Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI)

- Build the backend for Android & iOS application and website with Company Dashboard (MIS). 
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic 
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications
-Well versed with AWS and Server deployment 
- Excellent knowledge of Spring frameworks 
- Excellent knowledge of Java, JSP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, JSON 
- Good knowledge of MySQL 
- Knowledge of coding standards and good commenting practices 
- Experiences in developing RESTful web services must. 
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements 
- Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces 
- Experience with REST API connections 
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code 
- Integration of data storage solutions
- Build the backend for application and website with Android App, IOS, Company Dashboard. 
- Own software quality and optimize UI 
- Understand closely the requirements of the customers and get the features implemented on time 
- Creating of strong project timeline along with budgeting and regular reporting
