Re-commissioning Site We have to Check the all-Devices Status and Cabling

Connectivity of the ATG, EPS, KMS SYSTEM.

Connectivity from the Dispensers to Moxa or SSC

Configuration of SSC and COPT and ATG and EPS System

Configuration of PCC

Re-visiting Site we have to check Proper Device Status, Cabling and All Devices in the

RO Working in Good condition or not

If we Found any Hardware and Device Problems then we need to Replace it

* All the cables are must tight and it should be fix to be in good manner by using cable

ties glue Bond

Key Skills and Experience:

Diploma and/or Degree (EC/Electronic/Instrumentation)

Extensively Traveling Job (TA+DA will be provided)

0 to 6 months experience in Hardware & Networking

we will provide 15-to-20-day training at our Head office Ahmedabad (Gujarat)

Should be Hardware & Networking certificated

Local candidate would be preferable

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Responsible for communicating with customers from a collections stand-point

● Omni channel communication such as Email, SMS, Tele Calling etc.

● Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments in a friendly manner, and proactively propose solutions based on defined SOPs

● Monitor accounts on a daily basis

● Identify outstanding account receivables

● Collaborating on debt collection efforts with Finance, Sales, and the Legal team.

● Investigate historical data for debts and bills

● Developing debt collection strategies and plans

● Take actions in order to encourage timely payments

● Process payments and refunds

● Resolve billing issues ● Ensure compliance to all federal and local regulations for collection process

● Update account status records

REQUIREMENTS

● Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related field

● 3-6 years of relevant experience

● Experience working in the collections team for consumer credit products such as Credit Card, Personal Loan, Education Loan, 2W and 4W, Home Loan, etc.

● Excellent knowledge of various collection techniques

● Experience in developing and enacting debt recovery plans and strategies to prevent losses

● Knowledge of MS Office, Data Interpretation, databases, and alternate mode of collections

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Demonstrated experience of being empathetic with customers

● Problem-solving and critical-thinking skill

Research and identify potential leads (students, job seekers, working professionals)

Reach out to users via LinkedIn, job forums, WhatsApp groups, and email

Engage with communities (e.g., college placement cells, Telegram/Discord/Reddit groups)

Manage outreach campaigns using Google Sheets or CRM tools

Work closely with the founder to refine lead strategy and messaging

• Identifying potential clients through market research 
• Making calls to generate leads, and helping to develop lead generation strategies 
• Communicating with clients, answering questions, and scheduling presentations and follow-ups

Role Summary: In this role, the person would be responsible for people development and managing end-to-end merchant onboarding operations spanning lead generation, seller onboarding, and post-launch engagement. He/she will Identify, engage, onboard and support merchants.

Job Description

• Responsible for the overall merchant onboarding operational performance
• Perform Lead generation activities – Identify potential sellers through primary and secondary research, business listings, industry-specific databases, social media, referrals, and outbound calling – to build a healthy pipeline
• Put together acquisition collateral, sales scripts, segment database for approachable sellers, begin building sales pipeline
• Pre-screen sellers to ensure acceptance based against GMV potential & category suitability
• Assist sellers through the onboarding process
• Draft weekly written report and full sales funnel overview allowing for full clarity on sellers contacted and pipeline progress achieved
• Post-launch engagement – Track seller performance to maximize merchandise sale value, drive sponsored product and coupon adoption, order management, boost sales conversation, and merchant training, relationship management and support
• Manage onboarding experience including resolving onboarding / KYC related issues or KYC issues and exceptions to provide an exceptional merchant onboarding experience
• Ownership of Day-to-day operations to ensure all deliverables are met
