Job Overview :

• We are looking for a Senior Python Scripting Engineer with 4 to 5 Years of advanced Python scripting experience and 2 years of testing experience.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust automation scripts, ensuring software quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain advanced Python scripts for automation and software development.
• Design, implement, and execute test cases, automation scripts, and testing frameworks to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify and resolve software defects.
• Optimize existing scripts and test cases to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Work on test automation, debugging, and continuous integration pipelines.
• Maintain clear documentation for scripts, test cases, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 7 to 8 Years of overall experience in software development/testing.
• 4 to 5 Years of strong hands-on experience in Python scripting (Advanced Level).
• 2 Years of experience in Software Testing (manual and automation).
• Experience with test automation frameworks like PyTest, Selenium, or Robot Framework.
• Proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing scripts.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to performance testing and security testing.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Backend Developer (Django + MongoDB) Bangalore Role and Responsibilities We're looking for a hands-on Sr. Backend Developer to work on the design and development of our backend services which are written in Python/Django.

Responsibilities

● Developing restful APIs using the Python Django framework.

● Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

● Interface with business to define requirements, and deliverables, and provide the necessary engineering expertise & support to ensure on-time delivery.

● Work closely with front-end team, Android team, iOS team, Designers and operations to ease integration skills.

● Expert in Python, with knowledge of Django.

● Familiarity with MongoDB, Redis, and Celery.

● Experience with web paradigms such as RESTful APIs, and Test-driven Development (TDD).

● Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.

● Knowledge of user authentication and authorisation between multiple systems, servers, and environments

● Proficient understanding of Git code versioning tool.

● Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and in ownership and results-oriented culture

● Experience with architecting systems for AWS is compulsory.

Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience building web-scale, highly available backends for web and/or mobile.

● 5+ years of experience with Django, MongoDB, Celery, and Django REST Framework.

● Strong problem-solving skills.

3+ years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS. Should be well versed with its asynchronous nature, event loop, promises, and callbacks.

Node expressProficient in Node.js and working knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and frameworks ( React.js)

Experience in Node JS MVC framework and Rest API frameworks like Express.

Experience developing desktops.

Experience in Mongo DB.

Familiarity with using AWS components.

Postman for documenting/testing APIs.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 1-3 years of experience as a backend developer 
• At least one product build and published 
• SKILLS Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle 
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code 
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality • Work with distributed development teams 

This person MUST have:

• BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent
• Cloud app development experience
• Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms
• Knowledge of common Goroutine and channel patterns
• Experience with the fullsite of Go frameworks and tools, including:
• Dependency management tools such as Godep, Sltr, etc.
• Go’s templating language
• Go’s code generation tools,such as Stringer
• Ability to write clean and effective Godoc comments
• Familiarity with code versioning tools(such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)

Experience:

• Min 3 year experience
• Not more than 15 year experience.
• Startup experience is a must. 

Location

• Remotely, anywhere in India

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone. .
