FullStack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer with expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software engineering methodologies, and Agile practices. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, continuous deployment environment and have a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Test-Driven Development (TDD): Write tests before implementation to ensure code quality.
• Clean & Maintainable Code: Develop self-explanatory, efficient, and well-structured code.
• Frequent Releases: Deploy small, incremental updates frequently.
• Pair Programming: Work collaboratively in pairs to improve efficiency and code quality.
• Peer Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews for continuous improvement.
• Full-Stack Development: Handle both frontend and backend, including infrastructure and DevOps pipelines.
• Product Development: Collaborate closely with the product team to roll out new features and fixes.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in:
• Node.js, TypeScript, React, and JavaScript
• Object-Oriented Programming in JavaScript
• Data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methodologies
• Experience in Agile & Extreme Programming (XP)

• Familiarity with:
• Web server ecosystems
• Relational DBMS
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, and Bamboo
• Web frameworks and frontend technologies
• Complexity analysis and performance optimization
• Server configuration and deployment infrastructure

• Experience using:
• Source control and bug tracking systems
• Writing user stories and technical documentation
• Bonus: Experience with Swift or iOS development is a plus.

More than 3 years of experience with C# and .Net development, .net 4.5, Asp.Net MVC, Angular. .net Core.  

Must have strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Must have work experience with Angular, React

Working experience on Webservices, WebAPI, and REST are most preferred

Must have basic knowledge of SQL Server database with SQL query designing, procedure, functions, indexing, and triggers designing.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude(Desirable)

Knowledge on HTML, HTML5, CSS, BootStrap, XML, JavaScript, JQuery is most preferred

Experience in working with source code repositories like TFS, GIT, Azure, etc

Experience in code release, merge, and conflict resolution

Experience in web publishing with IIS and Azure web Applications.

• Develop, test, and deploy fast and scalable web apps
• Designing and maintenance of fully functional large relational and non-relational databases
• Timely deployment of web apps on the cloud
• Server management and cloud-based infrastructure
• Establishment and integration of development tools as required
• Identification of application issues when deploying the apps
• App deployment on the cloud along with solving debugging issues
• Coding architecture for frontend and backend

Skills & Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years Experience required.
• Angular 2.0+, Angular 7, Nodejs, .Net 4.0, .Net Core, REST API, Micro services, Networking.
• Distributed server and storage – MongoDB & SQL Server

• Hands on experience in building web-based enterprise applications
• Good working knowledge Angular, Nodejs, .Net Core
• Understanding of cloud technologies
• Direct understanding of application lifecycle; Agile, SDLC
• Proficient in Object Oriented Programming.
• Experience with Networking Concepts.
• Good at API integration, debugging and fixing the issues with API
• Experience in performing SQL queries on a RDMS.
• Operational experience: Troubleshooting and Support
• Ability to work in groups and in independent settings to complete assigned tasks
• Previous experience on IOT Projects will be added advantage

• 4+ years experience in building consumer products
• experience of leading a team of 3 or more full stack developer
• Codeigniter Preferred 
• Good knowledge of Mysql and query optimisation
• Experience with PHP 7, HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, MVC frameworks (Bootstrap), API
• Experience with Ubuntu OS is a plus
• experience deploying softwares to cloud providers such as GCP, AWS

• Architect, design and build complex, highly scalable, high performance enterprise applications
• Lead, mentor and work with a team of engineers to deliver on clients application expectations
• Work with clients engineering needs and deliver on requirements in a team environment
• Accelerate development velocity for all engineers and deliver continuous improvements to the teams process and codebase
• Build automation to prevent and/or remediate service problems from becoming production incidents

• 6-13 years’ experience designing for high performing digital products across various domains
• Degree in design-related field or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of design patterns, industry trends, and great approaches to solve problems
• Expertise in core UX disciplines including information architecture, interaction design, application of design systems, and UI design.
• Creative problem-solver with a strong eye for detail
• Experience and understanding of Responsive Web Design
• Experience with iOS and Android Mobile App Design
• Must have Software Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Miro
• Proficient in wire-framing and comfortable producing concept sketches and user flows
• A passion for UX and User Research
• A strong portfolio which demonstrates work across a range of clients
• Strong experience of user research and usability testing
• Passionate about Design Thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience with accessibility, localization, and internationalization.
• Experience working directly with developers to ensure the successful implementation of a design specifications
• Familiarity with content strategy, content management, taxonomy and large scale digital publishing.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge with QA and testing methods is a plus.
