
Job Title: Appointment Setter (Performance Marketing Focus)

About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Appointment Setter who knows digital marketing beyond surface level. This isn’t a generic SDR role. You’ll be expected to understand performance marketing, identify the right prospects, and initiate meaningful conversations that convert into qualified sales meetings.
If you don’t understand Meta Ads, Google Ads, or how businesses scale with paid media, you won’t survive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting (Primary Focus):
- Identify and research high-quality prospects (founders, marketing heads, D2C brands, etc.)
- Reach out via:
- Cold email
- LinkedIn (manual + strategic outreach)
- Craft personalized, non-generic messages that actually get replies
- Build and manage lead lists using tools, scraping, and research
Inbound Lead Handling (Secondary):
- Qualify incoming leads quickly and efficiently
- Engage prospects via email, chat, or calls
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team
Appointment Setting:
- Schedule discovery calls with decision-makers
- Ensure leads meet qualification criteria before booking
- Maintain strong follow-ups to reduce no-shows
CRM & Reporting:
- Track outreach, replies, and conversions
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene
- Report weekly metrics (reply rates, booked calls, show-up rates)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in:
- Performance marketing / Paid media
- Meta Ads / Facebook Ads
- Google Ads / PPC
- Digital marketing ecosystem
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation or sales outreach
- Strong understanding of:
- Funnels
- CAC, ROAS, and basic marketing metrics
- How agencies or marketers deliver results
- Excellent written communication (this is non-negotiable)
- Ability to think, not just copy-paste scripts
