We are building a high-performance GTM & Growth team and are looking for a Clay GTM Growth Specialist to own data-driven outbound, GTM automation, ABM campaigns, and revenue acceleration initiatives.
About the Role
We are seeking a Clay GTM Growth Specialist with strong experience in EdTech / Enterprise Learning who can design and scale automated outbound GTM systems using Clay, drive high-quality B2B lead generation, and support enterprise sales growth across India, UAE, and GCC markets.
This is a high-impact, strategic growth role working closely with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Automation & Clay Ownership
- Own and manage Clay-based GTM workflows for:
- Lead enrichment
- Prospect discovery
- Data orchestration
- Account-based targeting
- Build end-to-end automated outbound systems using Clay + CRM + Sales tools.
Outbound Growth & ABM Strategy
- Design and execute data-driven outbound campaigns for:
- Enterprise clients

- Build Account-Based Marketing (ABM) workflows for high-value accounts.
Data Enrichment & Intelligence
- Enrich enterprise leads using:

Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Run multi-channel GTM campaigns:
