Skills And Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks {such as Laravel, Codeigniter, depending on your technology stack}

What we are seeking

We are seeking a skilled Unity Game Developer to join our team. The Unity Game Developer will be responsible for creating and implementing high-quality game mechanics and features using the Unity engine. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programming concepts and a passion for creating immersive and engaging game experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement game mechanics and features using the Unity engine
• Collaborate with the game design team to develop and iterate on game play ideas
• Work with the art team to integrate and optimize 3D assets and animations
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Contribute to the development of the overall project roadmap and schedule

Requirements:

• 3-5 years Experience with game development using Unity
• Proficiency with C# programming and the Unity engine
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• A portfolio of game development work is a plus

Responsibilities

1. Deployment, management, and administration of web services in a public cloud environment
2. Design and develop solutions for deploying highly secure, highly available, performant and scalable services in elastically provisioned environments

4. Own all operational aspects of running web services including automation, monitoring and alerting, reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or closely related field

3. Very strong in core CS concepts around operating systems, networks, and systems architecture including web services
4. Strong scripting experience in Python and Bash
5. Deep experience administering, running and deploying AWS based services
6. Solid experience with Terraform, Packer and Docker or their equivalents
7. Knowledge of security protocols and certificate infrastructure.
8. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills 
9. Broad experience with cloud hosted applications including virtualization platforms, relational and non relational data stores, reverse proxies, and orchestration platforms

Preferred Qualifications

1. Past experience as a senior developer or application architect strongly preferred.
2. Experience building continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
3. Experience with Zookeeper, Consul, HAProxy, ELK-Stack, Kafka, PostgreSQL.
4. Experience working with, and preferably designing, a system compliant to any security framework (PCI DSS, ISO 27000, HIPPA, SOC 2, ...)
5. Experience with AWS orchestration services such as ECS and EKS.
6. Experience working with AWS ML pipeline services like AWS Sagemak

• Draw up enterprise-wide architecture blueprint and enforce its implementation across products and systems
