Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to participants, guiding them through the intricacies of SAP ABAP programming and development. - Collaborate with the curriculum development team to refine and improve training content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of [3-5] years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
- In-depth knowledge of core SAP ABAP concepts, including Data Dictionary, Reports, Enhancements, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, ALV, and Smart Forms.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching in SAP ABAP is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- SAP certification in ABAP (preferred but not mandatory).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in other SAP modules (e.g., SAP Fiori, S/4HANA) or additional SAP programming languages.
