Job Overview

Surety Seven Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Next.js, Node.js, and React.js. The ideal candidate will lead architecture decisions, build scalable applications, guide development teams, and drive technical excellence across projects.

This role requires strong ownership, leadership capability, and hands-on coding expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable full-stack applications
• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Next.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Build robust RESTful APIs and backend services
• Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications
• Work closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards & best practices
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide solutions
• Contribute to technical documentation and system design discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and API security
• Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Understanding of microservices architecture (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience leading technical modules or teams

• 2 years of strong development background building complex applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience building applications using NodeJS and frameworks such as Express.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and NodeJS including its core principles.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial).
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Strong experience with MongoDB, Postgres
• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Thorough understanding of React.js & popular Workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

• Hands-on development and delivery experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, bootstrap,

        8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development using J2EE Framework. 

        Experience with React.js, AngularJS, strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5

        Expertise with CSS and building responsive pages, with a keen eye for UI design and usability

Our Engineering team is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our base in Bangalore, KA. Your key role will be able to work on complex tasks and projects, and be able to support to increase the engineering churn out. You should be able to write code that is error free, be able to quickly understand the problem statement and come up with logical solutions.

Qualifications:

• 7 -10 years of overall experience

• Strong understanding of Java & MERN/ MEAN stack - Angular/Node/React/ Vue
• Ability to create APIs in REST, and GraphQL understanding of JSON, XML, Websockets, SOAP, COBRA
• Good to have experience of Office 365 - SharePoint and ASP.Net
• Understanding of Database: MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, PostGres
• Understanding of Project Management: Agile/Scrum, Waterfall both is fine
• Previous experience of working in FinTech, eCommerce, Enterprise Projects, C2C, B2C, B2B Apps will be an added advantage
