Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as:

Content Writing & Creation

• Adapt tone and messaging based on platform and audience
• Repurpose blogs, articles, and marketing content into social media posts
• Coordinate with designers or video editors to finalize creatives

Strategy & Performance

• Support social media campaigns and product launches
• Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Identify what content works and suggest improvements
• Experiment with posting formats, hooks, and content styles

Brand & Collaboration

• Maintain consistent brand voice across all social platforms
• Work closely with marketing and design teams
• Assist in community engagement and brand-building activities

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content writing
• Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity
• Hands-on experience managing at least one social media platform professionally
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
• Familiarity with scheduling and design tools such as:
• Meta Business Suite
• Buffer / Hootsuite / Sprout

ROLE:  

Address technical issues relating to software implementation, function, and upgrades. Resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshoot documents for each issue. Work closely with application support and development teams to identify and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the development of software. MUST HAVE SKILLS: 

• 5 to 8 years of experience in L2 Application Support, preferably supporting SaaS products.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Java applications, SQL, and REST APIs.

• Good understanding of Spring Boot and Java-based enterprise applications.
