iOS Engineer - SWIFT

Sr. Android Developer Requirement:

    Job summary

We are searching for a brilliant, flexible Android Developer to create novel apps that meet the needs of our target audience. To this end, the Android Developer’s Responsibilities include writing and proofreading code, liaising with coworkers within and outside of their department, and monitoring customer’s feedback. Overtime, you will also be required to create app updates.

Responsibilities

      Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform

      Collaborate with cross functional teams to define. Design, and ship new features.

      Work with outside data sources and APIs

      Unit- test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

      Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

Skills and Qualifications

      Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.

      Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back- end services.

      Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, and best practices

      Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

      Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as touch

      Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers

      Knowledge of the open source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.

      Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

      Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

      A knack for benchmarking and optimization

      Understanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelines

      Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

      Have at least 1- 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

1. Design and Build Mobile and Web Apps

2. Support technically for CRMs

3. Working with designers to understand the user's experience with new features

4. Designing and building features for our iOS app

5. Developing unit tests along with features and integration tests into the development process

6. Maintaining current capabilities of our app which include debugging and fixing issues while maintaining code quality

Qualifications

1. At least 1 year of proven experience in building Android & iOS applications.

2. Bachelor's degree in computer science

3. Proficient in working with Jira and Confluence is a plus

4. Comfortable working in a dynamic, constantly changing atmosphere and able to prioritize work and communicate challenges

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with technical and non-technical team members with experience working with both local and remote teams

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Java and Swift or SwiftUI experience is preferred

Technical

• Supporting the entire application lifecycle from concept to design, testing, release and support

• Troubleshooting and bug fixes for applications, to ensure that codes are clean and secure

Role & Responsibility:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform

Requirement:

• 3-5 year of experience in Android app development
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Should be passionate about the code you write
• Good understanding of Android jetpack libraries and internals
• Good experience on java 
• Knowledge of kotlin is a plus
• Good Knowledge of MVVM, MVP, Dagger, Observables, Livedata, Retrofit, Glide, OkHttp
• Understanding in Unit Testing will be a plus
• Proven software development experience and Android skills development
• Proven working experience in Android app development and
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

1. Experienced iOS Developer with full-time work experience in developing iOS apps for iPhone, iPad, iPod.
2. Should be proficient in Swift and Objective C and use Xcode, Cocoa libraries, and other third-party libraries to develop apps.
