Retain and grow both relationships and revenue from existing business. Your Potential Territory: Territories will be Europe and US.70% Sales: Learn and use the Decimal Point Analytics sales process. Approach sales opportunities from a strategic mindset and understand the client’s problem statement. Become a trusted advisor with customers by learning their businesses, challenges, and risks. Work to improve customer contact relationships and expand reach within customers to other buying centres.30% Other: Record and Maintain accurate sales reports within the DPA CRM. Manage customer satisfaction by involving internal resources. Share sales best practices and lessons learned via the approved forums. Keep up with continuing education to improve your skills and move you towards your next career path promotion. Basic Knowledge Desired: An effective product, segment, and solution selling knowledge. Desired Candidate Profile

Business Development/ Sales Manager profile with a Foreign client-facing role ( US & UK) and has some experience in the IT services/ Data industry. Please look for candidates who are working in data/technology/digital consulting companies. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, having a focus of study in Sales/Marketing is highly desired. 5 years+ of successful experience in a Sales Professional role. Experience in individual key account management. Evidence of CRM use and adherence. The desire and ability to progress through the DPA career trajectory is a preferred characteristic.

1. Introduce new HR initiatives like linking pay to performance, reward and recognition policy, etc.
2. Handle the overall recruitment including preparing job descriptions, analyzing job requirements, and finalizing candidates
3. Design and implement the sourcing strategy
4. Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies
5. Design the organization structure keeping in view the future expansion plans
6. Ensure optimum utilization of human resources i.e., manpower planning and deployment

About the role:

• development efficiency.

Desired Experience & Skillsets:

• Experience in publishing iOS apps in the app store, and worked on the development of iOS apps and their integration with back-end services.

• Proficient in offline storage database systems and experience with third-party libraries (including custom libraries
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning and optimisation skills.
• Knowledge of asynchronous and multithreading pattern.
• Excellent computer science fundamentals, including databases, OOP, data structure and algorithm knowledge.
• Experience building fluid custom interfaces for a variety of screens, backed with a strong understanding of Apple design principles and interface guidelines.

Proficiency with tools :

 • 15+ years of product development experience for large-scale secure systems with high volume and high-performance requirements.
      • Experience in the financial domain preferred.
      • Hands-on developer in Core Java with an excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms and design patterns.
      • Experience with frameworks like Spring, Restful Webservices, Queuing systems, Angular, and Python is highly desired.
      • Deep understanding of several cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, Google etc.
      • Hands-on experience developing CI/CD pipelines for continuous development and integration.
      • Deep knowledge and experience of Java/J2EE and servers like Tomcat.

● Proficient in Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Case Creation.
● Extensive work experience in Designing Automation Frameworks and Scripts in Skills of Selenium, Python, and Vue js.
● Experience in Microservices Testing.
