Description

Job Summary – Manager - Performance Marketing

As a manager – Performance Marketing, you will be RESPONSIBLE FOR managing and executing performance marketing campaigns focused on new user acquisition for company using digital marketing platforms.

This role is CRITICAL in driving company’s growth by leading all paid digital marketing initiatives, ensuring customer growth while optimizing cost of user acquisition (CAC).

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will be REQUIRED TO:

• Plan and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple touchpoints
• Improve media and product performance funnels
• Optimize all channels to deliver the BEST ROI while ensuring targets are met
• Report periodically to management on campaign performance
• Analyze campaign data and consumer behaviour and implement learnings
• Develop and execute new and innovative consumer acquisition strategies
• Continuously experiment and run A/B tests on campaigns, messaging, and targeting
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns
• Provide clear, actionable insights to business stakeholders
• Identify new digital marketing trends and technologies and ensure brand leadership
• Drive end-to-end cross-functional projects with internal teams
• Identify high-impact user experiences and implement strategies to improve them

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with a specialization in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a product development setting.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale backend services using Java & Spring Boot

Skills & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the execution of manual testing procedures to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications.
• Create and execute test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Document test results, defects, and issues encountered during testing.
• Work collaboratively with developers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Participate in test plan and test case reviews to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
• Support the QA team in various tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science, information technology, or related field.
