Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable to provide financial, administrative and
clerical services. Accounts receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of
operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying
and posting receipts.
๐ Key Responsibilities
โ Maintaining the billing system
โ Generating invoices and account statements
โ Verify and accurately post all payments to the correct invoice/s
โ Reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger
โ Support the month end process
โ Report on Aged Receivables plus other ad hoc reporting where applicable
โ Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
โ Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and
collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous
differences are cleared
โ Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting the respective Client Account
Manager via email.
โ Prepare analytical and ratio analysis in relation to A/R for management to gain a better
understanding of how collection efforts are progressing
โ Producing monthly financial and management reports
โ Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
โ Assisting in general financial management and analysis
โ Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process identifying areas
of performance improvement
