Required Skillset

• 6+ years of industrial experience
• Java and related frameworks.
• Experience in Core Java 1.8 and above, Data Structures, OOPS, Multithreading, Microservices, Spring and Swift Payments
• Exposure on Fintech domain is mandatory
• Should have the ability to analyse, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client-facing applications.
• Good development experience with RDBMS
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high volume server side development
• Excellent problem solving and coding skills in Java
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Customer Support: - Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming Calls/Emails promptly and professionally.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with courtesy and empathy.

● Any Graduation degree.

● Proven experience in BPO operations, with a minimum of 1-2 years in an Inbound Voice/Email Process ( Experience in healthcare will be an advantage ) 

● Languages: Mandatory English and Hindi ( Other Linguistic languages will be valued)

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

● Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

● Knowledge of BPO industry trends and best practices.

● Proficiency in relevant software and tools like Google Sheets, Excel, etc. Should know basic Excel formulae.

● Client-focused with exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
• Testing and improving the design of the website.
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
• Working with different content management systems.
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
• Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.

• A relevant diploma in a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Good understanding of content management systems.
• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Excellent visual design skills.

6-9 years of relevant experience in building webapps at scale

You must have strong understanding of semantic HTML / HTML5, CSS / CSS3.

You must have a good understanding of MVC architecture.

Prior work experience in ReactJS is Must

You must have experience in setting up the full UI workflow layer right from Development, Testing, Building and Deployment.

Never give up attitude

Experience in frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation and CSS pre-processors like SASS and LESS is desirable.

You should have exposure to page speed improvement techniques.

Exposure of building responsive websites at scale will be a plus.

Prior exposure to building React Native components for Hybrid mobile apps will be a plus

Prior work experience in Angular, Backbone along with ReactJs is desirable.

Good understanding of webpack and redux

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field.
• Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases such as Cassandra.
• Experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, EMR, Athena
• Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as familiarity with unstructured datasets.
• Deep problem-solving skills to perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise sales team members; the BSMs, on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
• Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
• Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
• Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
• Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
• Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements.
• Ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
• Develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.
• Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects.

What will you do?

• You will be responsible for the design and development of large-scale, multi-tenant, distributed systems using scalable, fault-tolerant architecture with distributed queues (kafka), distributed caches (redis), high volume data stores (MongoDB, Cassandra, elasticsearch), container-centric deployments (kubernetes).
• Write Java codes using best practices with high quality standards.
• Participate in code reviews and deep dive into design discussions.
