Key responsibilities:

· Work closely with the design and product teams to help craft conversational experiences for our users

· Ability to work independently to deliver features that the team design

· You need to own outcomes without someone watching over you

· Understand the data we have and identify how we could leverage it to create more personalised experiences for our users

· Fine tune models with data specific to our use case

· Use different RAG approaches to augment data that the LLM already ha

Ability to be a leader and independent contributor (we’re a startup so be ready to do whatever it takes)

· Setup new workflow, systems and tool from the ground up (you will have support, but we’re building things from scratch)

Requirements:

·      Masters/Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or relevant field

·      10+ years of overall work experience

·      1-2 Experience working with LLMs and Generative AI

·      Hands-on experience in various LLM fine-tuning techniques (e.g. LORA), LLM inference frameworks (e.g. vLLM), advanced RAG pipelines

·      5-6 years of machine learning/deep learning experience within frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch

·      Experience using RAG base approaches

·      Understanding of financial concepts and investing would be a big plus but not required

·      Publications at reputable machine learning conference or journal

React Native Developer

We are looking for a talented and experienced React Native Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing mobile applications with React Native.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Write clean and maintainable code using TypeScript.
• Utilize Flexbox layout to create a responsive User Interface that works on different screen sizes.
• Use Realm to manage local data storage and synchronize data with remote servers.
• Integrate GraphQL to efficiently fetch and manage data in our applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to our development processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development

Skills Required:

• 4 to 7 years of strong experience with React Native.
• Experience in TypeScript programming language.
• Experience in GraphQL will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Realm or other local data storage solutions
• Knowledge of chatbot development using natural language processing and machine learning techniques
• Understanding of data analytics and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or similar
• Prior experience in Start-ups would be an added advantage .
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on algorithms
• Experience working on POS and Kiosk projects, integrating payment gateways.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Eligibility Criteria: 

1. Advanced knowledge of Magento, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, CSS, and MySQL.
2. Coding of the Magento templates.
3. Developing Magento modules in PHP using best practices.
4. Experience with complete eCommerce lifecycle development.
5. Understanding of modern UI/UX trends.
6. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, and A/B Testing.
7. Integration of Magento to SAP or similar ERP systems

As our Full Stack Engineer, you will be developing fast, reliable and scalable web applications while taking responsibility for shipping core backend features.

What we're looking for in you:

1. 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
2. Extensive programming skills with a proficiency in Java, Spring Boot and Javascript
3. Have strong fundamentals in systems design and RDBMS and NoSQL databases

5. Strong understanding of asynchronous request handling and dynamic web page development
