Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong experience in ETL testing and HL7 validation to join our growing data engineering team. This role will focus on data pipeline testing, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and integrity as it moves

across systems and services in a healthcare-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for ETL processes and data pipelines.

·        Validate data transformations, data integrity, and completeness across source and target systems.

·        Conduct end-to-end testing of HL7 messages and healthcare data flows.

·        Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to define test strategies and identify issues.

·        Automate QA processes wherever feasible using appropriate scripting and tools.

·        Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely defect resolution.

·        Ensure compliance with data quality standards and healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications:

·        4+ years of experience in QA with a focus on ETL/data pipeline testing.

·        Hands-on experience with HL7 message formats and healthcare data exchange.

·        Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data mapping, and validation techniques.

·        Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data validation.

·        Experience working with large datasets in a cloud or hybrid environment.

·        Familiarity with QA automation tools is a plus (e.g., PyTest, Selenium, JMeter).

·        Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

·        Experience with cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

·        Prior experience in the healthcare or life sciences domain.

·        Knowledge of FHIR standards or healthcare interoperability.

Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions. Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries. Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and grow a world-class Ad Engineering team through mentorship and guidance and career development

Lead partnerships with Product Engineering, define interfaces with 3rd party direct integrators, and Data Engineering teams to find the optimal way to scale the Ad Platform

Collaborate with other Engineering and Product teams to ensure high degree of alignment, ruthless prioritization, timely releases of features in support of critical company initiatives

Constantly strive to improve the efficiency of our existing systems while pursuing transformative technologies that impacts the Platform’s performance

Work closely with Recruiting to expand the team, including sourcing candidates,

interviewing candidates, participating in conferences/events and on-boarding new employees

Develop and drive long-term strategies around utilizing ecosystem, including the Ads system as/when relevant

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field

4+ years experience leading and managing teams within an engineering organization

2+ years leading and managing Ad Systems

Superb communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive a team of Data Analysts and Sr. Data Analysts to provide logistics and supply chain solutions.
• Conduct meetings with Clients to gather the requirements and understand the scope.
• Conduct meetings with internal stake holders to walk them through the solution and handover the analysis.
• Define business problems, identify solutions, provide analysis and insights from the client's data.
• 5 Conduct scheduled progress reviews on all projects and interact with onsite team daily.
• Ensure solutions are delivered error free and submitted on time.
• Implement ETL processes using Pentaho Data Integration (Pentaho ETL)Design and implement data models in Hadoop.
• Provide end-user training and technical assistance to maximize utilization of tools.
• Deliver technical guidance to team, including hands-on development as necessary; oversee standards, change controls and documentation library for training and reuse.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 16+ years of experience in Supply Chain and logistics or related industry and Analytics experience.
• 3 years of experience in team handling(8+People) and interacting with the executive leadership teams.
• Strong project and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Solid expertise with MS Excel, SQL, any visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI, any ETL tools.
• Proficiency in Hadoop / Hive.
• Experience Pentaho ETL, Pentaho Visualization API, Tableau.
• Hands on experience of working with Big data sets (Data sets with millions of records).
• Strong technical and Management experience.
