Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automation scripts for newly developed features. Modify existing framework to augment feature testing needs.
• Continuously monitor automation test results and ensure no random test failures in automation.
• Identify the cross-browser / platform impacts during the planning phase and ensure high test coverage.
• Identify quality assurance process gaps and suggest actions for improvement.
• Ensures Zero defect leakages.
• Contribute Non-functional Testing aspects - Performance, Security, and Translation.
• Work closely with the Development team and ensure code is delivered with high code coverage.
• Contribute to continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

The Role

As a Senior Clojure Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our clients eDiscovery SaaS platform. You’ll be involved in the entire product lifecycle—designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining new and existing features. This position requires someone who is hands-on, operates independently, and communicates effectively in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain tools and workflows for our platform, including UX, file upload, search engine, and GraphQL.
• Write functional, secure, and scalable front-end and back-end code.
• Collaborate with the support team to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing, functional testing, and peer reviews.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategies.

Qualifications and skills we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in web development.
• Proficient with Clojure and Clojurescript
• Experience/Proficiency with frontend frameworks in Clojurescript especially reagent/re-frame.
• Experience/Proficiency with React and Typescript.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS and associated frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
• Preferred: Experience with Java, Linux, Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities :

Requirements:

·      Excellent and robust understanding of scalable product system architecture(s), platforms and core technologies

·      Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills to pursue correct engineering process in adverse conditions. Ability to embrace and demonstrate leadership beyond ownership

·      Provide thought leadership to setup and manage processes.

·      Ability to work in a very agile, fast-paced environment with changing requirements.

·      Ability to work efficiently in an entrepreneurial and in a start-up environment

·      A good understanding of Java/Spring/Akka, Javascript or Golang.

·      Hands on knowledge of some of these technologies - MySQL, NodeJS, message brokers such as Kafka/RabbitMQ, NoSQL datastore such as Mongo, Cassandra, Arango, distributed caches such as Redis/memcached, container technology such as Docker and Kubernetes etc. is a big plus.

·      Great proficiency in distributed systems design, with an ability to make the right trade-offs for creating future-proof solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Part of a Cloud Governance product team responsible for installing, configuring, automating and monitoring various Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS)
• Be at the forefront of Cloud technology, assisting a global list of customers that consume multiple cloud environments.
• Ensure availability of internal & customers' hosts and services thru monitoring, analysing metric trends, investigating alerts.
• Explore and implement a broad spectrum of open source technologies. Help the team/customer to resolve technical issues.
• Extremely customer focused, flexible to be available on-call for solving critical problems.
• Contribute towards the process improvement involving the Product deployments, Cloud Governance & Customer Success.

Skills Required

• Minimum 3+ Years of experience with a B.E/B.Tech
• Experience in managing Azure IaaS, PaaS services for customer production environments
• Well versed in DevOps technologies, automation, infrastructure orchestration, configuration management and CI/CD
• Experience in Linux and Windows Administration, server hardening and security compliance
• Web and Application Server technologies (e.g. Apache, Nginx, IIS)
• Good command in at least one scripting language (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, Python)
• Networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS and TCP/IP
• Experience in managing version control platforms (e.g. Git, SVN)

Desired Candidate Profile
