The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in air ticketing and travel package operations and be passionate about delivering seamless travel solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete process of air ticket booking, cancellation, and re-issuance through airline portals and GDS systems.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel portals for routine operations and issue resolution.
- Design, promote, and sell travel and holiday packages tailored to client needs.
- Handle client inquiries, create travel itineraries, prepare quotations, booking confirmations, visa assistance, and other related formalities.
- Communicate and coordinate with hotels and travel service providers to confirm bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings, payments, and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Handle emergency changes and cancellations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Use computer and internet tools effectively for package creation and information sourcing.
Candidate Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) and airline portals.
- Excellent communication, sales, and client relationship skills.
- Good computer proficiency and internet research capabilities.
- Knowledge of visa processing is an added advantage.
