About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, and driving long-term customer engagement. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and renewals
• Conduct product onboarding sessions, demos, and training for new customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact
• Understand customer goals and ensure the product delivers measurable value
• Monitor customer health metrics, usage patterns, and engagement levels
• Proactively identify risks and take action to prevent churn
• Drive renewals and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales teams
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve customer issues
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and share performance insights
• Collect customer feedback and provide inputs for product improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Client Success
• Experience working in SaaS, Martech, or Product-based companies

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to lead our franchise expansion across multiple cities in India. The role involves extensive client interaction, legal documentation, and operational oversight.  

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive franchise sales and onboard new franchise partners across India.  

- Present the franchise model and conduct multiple meetings to close deals.  

- Handle end-to-end legal documentation and ensure timely agreement signings.  

- Manage complete setup of franchise stores, ensuring seamless execution.  

- Build strong relationships with franchise partners and guide them on ROI and break-even strategies.

UI/UX Developer cum designer Job Responsibilities

• UI developers should be adept at Javascript /AJAX / JQuery / Material Design.
• UX designers should have firsthand knowledge of Digital Advertising / dashboard designing with business requirements in mind.
• For both, UX & UI designers with experience in Ad agencies / Native Ads / IAB standards implementation would be a plus.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering team to define, adapt and implement innovative solutions to carry forward product visual direction and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand- off to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Effectively communicate interaction and design ideas using prototyping tools eg: invision, after effects etc
