Job Role: Associate Art Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the visual direction and execution of social media campaigns and content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, account managers, and video teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
- Conceptualize and design engaging creatives including carousels, reels, gifs, memes, static posts, and short-form video content.
- Guide and mentor a team of graphic designers and motion artists; provide constructive feedback and push for creative excellence.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assets while maintaining high-quality standards and brand consistency.
- Stay updated with social media design trends, platform updates, and viral content mechanics.
- Take ownership of visual presentations to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
What we are looking for-
- 4–6 years of experience in a design role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing social-first design work, brand storytelling, and campaign-based creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific content formats and user behavior.
- Ability to translate briefs into big visual ideas and bring them to life across formats.
- Leadership qualities with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Structured Query Language (SQL), e.g. SQL/PSM, Transact-SQL queries, writes SQL scripts in SQL Server 2000/2005/ 2012/ 2016, etc.
- 1+ years in Cloud Database services like AWS Dynamo DB / RDS
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills of existing functional implementation to derive leaner solutions and effective performance between applications software, systems software, and installed hardware.
- Database instance maintenance tasks such as DB Integrity Checks, Index Maintenance.
- High availability like clustering, log shipping, mirroring, replication.
- Backup and disaster recovery, Capacity planning and performance monitoring, Physical database structure, RDMS administration roles, instances, profiles, and security connectivity.
- Developing, implementing, maintaining, and following change control and testing processes for modifications to databases.
- Establishing backup and recovery or replication plans to minimize data loss and system downtime.
- Improving data quality through data analysis, monitoring, gap analyses, and working with the teams to provide solutions and resolve errors.
- Maintaining data integrity and security (manage roles and permissions of database users).
- Reviewing the security logs from the SQL Server Error Logs to determine if you had a breach or a violation in one of your policies.
- Ensures optimal database performance and availability.

Role
As the lead for the frontend development team, you will be the sole owner of the
entire FE development cycle for our consumer facing web products in ReactJS. Also, you will be responsible for shaping up the entire system for scale and collaborating intensively with the backend and design teams to create the best consumer experiences. You would also need to control the mobile app development lifecycle on ReactNative.
Responsibilities
- Overlook development of all user-facing products in React
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Focus on code maintainability and performance of application
- Provide technical advice and assists in solving programming problems
- Use Server Side Rendering when applicable
- Enhance SEO, Analytics and overall frontend architecture for better performance
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building frontend for consumer facing products
- 2+ years on ReactJS for consumer facing products
- 1+ years of Team Lead/Management experience
- Thorough understanding of architecting the frontend system with Server Side Rendering
- Good foundation in design and a knack for designing interactions and elegant interfaces
- Has led a mobile development effort on ReactNative
- Understands app development cycle
- Experience with NodeJS for Server Side Rendering/coordinating with the backend team for API requirements
- Must come up with caching solutions where required to speed up the website load speed and improve customer experience
