Accountant

Qualified Chartered Accountant - CA is mandatory.

Need candidates from Banks, NBFC and Fintech as Exp in Financial Services industry is a must for this role.

3+ years of experience is required in the industry as a practicing internal audit / risk controls & mitigation expert. ( mandatory to have exp in Internal Audit. )

Knowledge of Audit procedures, including knowledge of generally accepted audit standards, planning, audit techniques incl. testing and sampling methods.

Strong stakeholder management skills to manage both, external vendors as well as cross-level owners across internal functions.

Experience of working for start-ups/new-age tech-first businesses in financial services preferred.

Candidates from Big 4s are preffered, who must have handled domestic clients from Financial Services w.r.t RBI guidelines.

• 2 years of strong development background building complex applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience building applications using NodeJS and frameworks such as Express.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and NodeJS including its core principles.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial).
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Strong experience with MongoDB, Postgres
• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Thorough understanding of React.js & popular Workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

1. Connecting with minimum 80 to 100 working professionals (prospective students) each day from the leads/database present on leadsquared CRM
2. Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need of upskilling depending on the student’s area of interest
3. Helping prospective students with the detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counselling & create a strong pipeline
4. Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrolment target

Responsible for all sales & marketing activities (Direct & Channel Sales for Promoting Residential

Sales)

Direct sales activities (inbound as well as outbound)

Event / expo participations for sales and brand visibility (Advt & promotion activities)

Prospect clients through calling , email and offs - site meetings (where applicable)

Sign - ups to achieve monthly targets

Developing & nurturing a strong channels (existing and new channel partners relationship)

Demonstrate highest quality of customer satisfaction

Nurture relationships with existing clients to generate referral business

Manage sales operations (day - to - day sales operations)

Formulating weekly / monthly sales plan & implementing sales strategy

Manage sales documentation , customer data & MIS

Need to manage team of executive and drive business through the team.

Meeting monthly quarterly targets by guiding the team.

Should Report to Sales manager and motivate the team to drive business.
