 Required Skills:

- HTML email creation & designing using Zoho Campaign

- Webinar: Run webinars using Zoho webinar and/or a similar platform     

- Content creation: Ability to write blogs, scripts for videos, create infographics.    

- Basic video editing skills  

 Responsibilities:

WEB PAGES:

Design and create webpages using Wix to enhance the company's online presence and user experience.

GRAPHIC DESIGNING:

● Generate engaging and visually appealing creatives for special occasions such as birthdays, holidays, and festivals using Canva.            

● Design marketing materials and creatives for the company using Canva designs to maintain brand consistency and enhance brand awareness. 

HTML EMAILS USING ZOHO CAMPAIGN:

1. Compile and curate 2 newsletters monthly.

2. Create Sales HTML emails monthly.

3. Coordinate with various departments to gather relevant information and updates for inclusion in the newsletter.

4. Manage the distribution and delivery of the monthly newsletter

Job Title: SQL Query Writer - Analytics Automation

Location: Thane (West), Mumbai

Experience: 4-5 years

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and analysis.
• Automate analytics processes using platforms like SQL, Python, ACL, Alteryx, Analyzer, Excel Macros, and Access Query.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytical requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in automated processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to analytics automation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL query writing and analytics automation.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, ACL, Alteryx, Analyzer, Excel Macros, and Access Query.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a relationship with existing Property Owners (Residential) & Tenants.
• Finding out properties across Bangalore for building acquisition to rent out the same for a prospective tenant.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
• Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases.
• Able to handle client relationships & closing the business deal.
• Able to work in target driven environment.
• Should handle apartment sales / renting out properties across Bangalore.
• Able to handle team & train on sales process
• Responsible for sales document preparation.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs and should be closing the business deal.
• Developing goals for the team, assigning the target and ensuring they are met.

• Designing, architecting, developing and driving the technology roadmap
• Defining standards in coding, system design and architecture
• Delivering solutions according to user requirements while meeting development, quality and documentation standards
• Building data-driven applications applying clean code and architecture principles
• Working with the team to ensure deadlines are met

What you need to have:

• Relevant experience of 2 to 5 years as .net developer
• Hands on experience in Web forms, MVC, bootstrap, java script, windows application, crystal reports    
• Good in writing SQL, GIT
• Good in OOPs concept
• Knowledge of .net core 3.1 or above    

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP / WORK PERMIT / VISA STATUS:
Should be currently based in Japan with Valid work visa

MUST HAVES:
