Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR professional who will lead end-to-end recruitment, campus hiring initiatives, and employee engagement programs for our growing Indore delivery center.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to support business growth through effective talent acquisition and people practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand skill requirements and workforce planning
• Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and vendor networks
• Drive stakeholder communication and ensure strong candidate experience
• Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, offer conversion, quality of hire)

2. Campus Hiring

• Design and execute campus hiring strategies across Tier 1/2 colleges
• Build relationships with colleges, placement cells, and training institutes
• Lead campus drives, hackathons, and internship programs
• Develop early talent pipelines aligned with business needs

3. Employee Engagement & HR Operations

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities
• Support onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management
• Drive employee satisfaction, retention initiatives, and feedback mechanisms
• Collaborate with leadership on HR policies and people strategy

4. Stakeholder & Process Management

• Work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with HR processes, policies, and audits
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives

• Strong experience in IT recruitment (mandatory)
• Proven track record in campus hiring programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Qualifications :

• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
• 3 - 8 years of relevant HR experience in IT/consulting organizations.

Key responsibilities:

● Work closely with the design and product teams to help craft conversational experiences for our users

● Ability to work independently to deliver features that the team design

● You need to own outcomes without someone watching over you

● Understand the data we have and identify how we could leverage it to create more personalised experiences for our users.

● Fine tune models with data specific to our use case

● Use different RAG approaches to augment data that the LLM already has

● Ability to be a leader and independent contributor (we’re a startup so be ready to do whatever it takes)

● Setup new workflow, systems and tool from the ground up (you will have support, but we’re building things from scratch)

Looking for SAP Master Data migration consultant to lead & support the execution of Data cleansing activities in ECC for EWM/TM implementation. This is a remote role with hands on participation into Master Data related project activities. We has an existing MDG solution which is deployed on an S/4 HANA HUB and we support our ERP operations on SAP ECC version. Focus of master data technical consultant will be to support data cleansing activities on Business Partners in ECC and support EWM/TM decentralized system implementation. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical master data cleansing of Business Partners in SAP/ECC to support EWM/TM implementation
• Support the Functional Consultants during business process discussions with customer teams
• Assist the Functional Consultant in gathering the requirements and ultimately set up a fully functional development, test, and production environment to deliver cleansed Master Data required for EWM/TM implementation.
• Responsible for making solution recommendations considering scope and client requirements
• Prepare the technical specifications based on the functional specifications supplied by the functional consultant
• Engage with project teams for Data migration and Master Data design discussions
• Error resolution for Data migration activities to support milestone projects for the organization.
