The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques such as RAG and Chain-of-Thought prompting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy Agent AI applications using LLM frameworks.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering (Zero-Shot, Few-Shot, CoT).
• Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Develop scalable solutions in Python using NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver business-aligned Gen AI solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar (priority given).
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Transformers, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Generative AI (LLMs, Diffusion Models, etc.). Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Programming: Proficiency in Python.

• Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React); familiarity with SSR frameworks like Next.js is a plus.
• Proficient with frontend testing tools (Jest, Cypress) and build tools (Webpack, etc.).
• Design & UX: Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating intuitive, visually appealing interfaces and managing design systems.

 Act as the primary Dynamics and power platform Subject Matter Expert on client

engagements 

 Interact with clients to understand business requirements.

 Demonstrate MSCRM solution capabilities to the client.

 Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report.

 Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive

 Lead client facing and internal training (technology training and/or application specific

Your Technical & Non-Technical Experience Includes:

 Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, or administering MS Dynamics CRM

required.

 Proven experience and knowledge on power automate.

 Proven experience on customising and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

 Proven experience on implementing C# plugins and java scripts.

 Proven experience on creating Microsoft flows.

 Hands on experience in using XRM toolbox.

 Proven experience in integrating websites or any landing pages to dynamics 365

 Expert level – D365 Field Service and sales strongly desired
