Senior Business Analyst – (P&C Insurance) 

Location: Noida/Gurugram

Job Summary 

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and analytical Senior Business Analyst to 

join our Strategic Offerings team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on

o Document detailed business and functional requirements to support

blockchain etc in improving insurance processes and customer

• 7+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, with strong knowledge of

challenges into solution-driven strategies. 

• Hands-on experience with business requirement gathering, process 

documentation, and workflow analysis. 

• Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feature 

benchmarking. 

• Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring clear communication between 

business, technology, and vendors. 

• Proficiency in data visualization, business process modelling tools, and reporting 

frameworks. 

Preferred Skills
