Role Summary :

We are seeking a Lead – Monitoring professional to lead infrastructure, cloud (Azure/AWS), and synthetic monitoring initiatives.

The role demands deep expertise in observability tools, performance optimization, and proactive incident response, driving reliability across global systems.

This is a hands-on, non-admin role focused on engineering and automation, not infra administration.

Mandatory Skills :

Nagios, Microsoft SCOM, Site24x7, Azure/AWS cloud monitoring, performance analysis, incident response, Python/PowerShell scripting

Location Preference :

• Candidates from Delhi NCR preferred.
• Open to North India candidates willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
• Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead system performance monitoring using Nagios, Microsoft SCOM, Site24x7.
• Design and manage cloud & synthetic monitoring (Azure/AWS).
• Drive incident resolution and minimize downtimes.
• Build scalable, automated monitoring solutions (Python/PowerShell).
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports.
• Collaborate across teams and lead monitoring practices.
• Mentor junior team members, ensuring knowledge sharing.

Good to Have :

• Certifications: ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft Certified: SCOM, CMP.
• Experience with cloud cost optimization, performance trend analysis.

Note :

• Admin-only profiles are not suitable.
• Strong Azure platform knowledge is essential.

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling subscription-based products or platforms

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience in doing end to end Hunting / New Business Acquisition, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience of managing the complete sales cycle independently — research, outreach, client meetings, solution pitching, proposal handling, and closing.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills with experience engaging with mid to senior-level stakeholders

Job Description

As a Go developer, you will be responsible to manage the exchange of data between users and servers. You will be responsible for writing server-side logic, database definitions and ensuring high performance to requests from our front end.

As a Cloud Engineer, you will understand the overall movement of data in the entire platform, find bottlenecks,define solutions, develop key pieces, write APIs and own deployment of those. You will work with internal and external development teams to discover these  opportunities and to solve hard problems. What you will do

• End to End Complete RHOSP Deployment (Under and Overcloud) considered as a NFVi Deployment

• Installing Red Hat’s OpenStack technology using the OSP-director

• Deploying a Red Hat OpenStack Platform based on Red Hat's reference architecture

• Deploying managed hosts with required OpenStack parameters

• Deploying Three (3) Node Highly available (HA) Controller Hosts using Pacemaker and HAP Roxy

• Deploying all the supplied compute hosts that will be hosting multiple VNFs (SRIOV & DPDK)

• Implementing CEPH

• Integrate Software-defined storage (CEPH) with RHOSP, Red Hat OpenStack Platform Operation Tools as

           per Industry standard & best practices

• Detailed Network configuration and implementation using Neutron networking - (VXLAN) network type

           and Modular Layer 2 (ML2) Open Switch plugin

• Integrating Monitoring Solution with RHOSP

• Design and deployment of common Alarm and Performance Management solution

• Red Hat OpenStack management & monitoring

• VM Alarm and Performance management

• Cloud Management Platform will be configured for day-to-day operational tools to measure uponCPU/Mem/Network utilization etc. from VM level

Role Summary:

The Robotics Process Automation Senior Developer is responsible for designing and coding the automation process components. The RPA Senior developer develops the automation design to ensure it meets the specifications. The design must handle concurrency, scalability, restart and recovery, auditing & object reuse for all the automations that are designed and developed. The senor developer will also validate the automation by performing appropriate unit testing, and ensure configuration control is maintained at all times. The senior developer mentors junior developers and performs QC checks on code components developed by them.

DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities include, but may not be restricted to:

• Design technical specifications for RPA that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.
• Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

• Bachelor university degree in Engineering/Computer Science.

KEY SKILLS

•  5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts.  Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).
• Working experience in RPA for a minimum of 2 years and having project experience of a minimum 3 RPA implementations.
• Understands development methodology and lifecycle
• Should be trained on RPA tools (Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere).
• Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented.
• Well organized, good communication and reporting skills.

Desirable:

• Prior experience in UI automation, Robotics process automation is an added advantage.
